What's the point of booking an AC room when AC doesn't work properly ?
Pros:

Location was apt. Right on the beach

Cons:

AC didn't work properly the whole time, not even the fan. The staff told that it's due to voltage fluctuation and they didn't bother to get it rectified. What's the point of booking an AC room when AC doesn't work properly ? No water bottle was provided

Pros:

Super dirty ghost resort - no staff around ever. Would not recommend. Have no parking. I parked where they recommended and my car got damaged while parked during the night

Cons:

I didn’t like anything apart from the location. There was no one around on Saturday morning to do breakfast or even a cup of coffe at 9:50am

Pros:

The location is simply amazing right in front of Patnem Beach! It was such a treat to walk to the beach or relax at the nearby shacks anytime we wanted. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable, making it a visit truly worth remembering. Looking forward to coming back!

Decent, well located accommodation in Patnem compared to the price of others similar
Pros:

It was exactly what is said in the description - decent, inexpensive, well located accommodation

It could have been more luxurious but I feel that was accurately reflected in the price

Staff were attentive and helpful and cleaning was done to a good standard 👍

Cons:

A bedside table would’ve been good but still happy for the price - it’s all relative, right?
