Lage gut, Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich.
Pros:

Die Lage war super und der Rooftop Pool war sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Handtuch Regelungen fanden wir sehr unangebracht. Nur alle drei Tage ein neues Handtuch zu bekommen war bei dem Preis nicht in Ordnung. Zudem war die Anzahl der Handtücher für 2 Personen nicht ausreichend.

Bei Nachfrage nach einem Handtuch für den Pool reagierte die Mitarbeiterin extrem patzig und meinte wir sollen unsere Duschhandtücher, welche erst in 3 Tagen gewechselt werden nutzen - absolut inakzeptabel.

Informationen über diese Regelungen und dass eigene Handtücher für den Pool genutzt werden müssen wurde uns vor Buchung nicht mitgeteilt.

Frühstück welches in der Buchung enthalten ist total überteuert für das was man bekommt.

Muy buena opción en punta carretas
Pros:

Muy buena idea combinar habitaciones con área de cocina y cowork. Tiene de todo y muy bien organizado . Tienen bicis para prestar, gimnasio y pileta

Ogólnie bardzo polecam!

Wszystko było czyste, lokalizacja super, a udogodnienia przerosły moje oczekiwania ;) w pełni wyposażona nowa kuchnia z salonem i dużym telewizorem, gitara, bilard, wygodne sofy i Netflix do użytku! Basen na dachu. Wspaniały hotel, czuliśmy się jak w domu ❤️

Cons:

Jedyny słaby punkt to wprowadzenie w błąd przez obsługę. Przy check-in zapytałam od razu o opcję śniadania, ponieważ byłam zainteresowana. Pani z recepcji przekazała mi informację, że nie muszę od razu się decydować. Wystarczy że jutro rano podejdę do kawiarni na dole i powiem numer pokoju, zjem śniadanie i pod koniec pobytu zapłacę. Jednak następnego dnia nie było możliwości zamówić śniadania hotelowego, (ani nawet z karty menu tej kawiarni!), ponieważ nie byliśmy na liście. Ostatecznie śniadanie jedliśmy w innym hotelu, 4 minuty od naszego, bez wcześniejszych zapisów, gdzie mieliśmy możliwość kupienia opcji bufetu bądź śniadania z menu.

UNA OPCION ATRACTIVA EN UNA HERMOSA ZONA
Pros:

La ubicación. El desayuno tambien fue bueno, pero algo limitada la oferta al no ser buffet y un poco lento el servicio porque había una sola persona para atender (aunque lo hacía con mucha amabilidad)

Cons:

Que las toallas usadas no se reemplacen todos los días para los pasajeros del servicio de hotelería nos pareció algo que un alojamiento de ese nivel debería considerar, no creemos que encarezca demasiado el costo... Además, a la noche no quedaba nadie en recepción, como para atender cualquier necesidad urgente que se presentara (una falla en las tarjeta de entrada a la habitación, por ejemplo...). Y de alguna forma, con los cuidados que fueran necesarios, se debería poder habilitar a los pasajeros la cocina que actualmente es de uso exclusivo para las personas que se alojan en forma permanente.
