I'm extremely disappointed with the manager's behavior. Despite having a confirmed online booking and receiving an email confirmation, he refused to accommodate me, citing an auto-booking system issue. I find it unacceptable that your hotel would collect taxes and yet not honor the booking. It seems like a case of deception, and I request immediate attention to this matter.

VERY DISAPPOINTMENT AND RUDE STAFF. UNTIDY ROOMS. UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR

I looked it up, saw it was rated 8+, but honestly, the staff and the building were way below average. Staff was unprofessional. I booked a room, but they said they didn't have any and ignored my reservation. i heard them saying, " is waley room me rakhwa dety" I was with my family, and they were so disrespectful.

Cons:

Vey unethical and disappointment. Strictly not recommended for families. Online reservation k bawajood room nai dey rahy thy aur keh rahy thy housefull hai. Me raat ko 10 bajy apni family k sath khawar hua. Untidy rooms. Rude staff. Basically ek ghar hai, jisko ko hotel me tabdeel kia hua hai.
