Cheap property you get what you pay for good for a couple nights but wasn’t the most comfortable
Pros:

The laundry facilities were a massive pro meant I didn’t have to worry about finding outside services

They had a fridge

They were right next to a coffee shop

The staff were really friendly and answered all my questions over WhatsApp

Room was a decent size

Felt safe

Cons:

I could hear whenever anyone was coming in or out of the property wasn’t soundproof atall

Cockroaches++ outside the property I NEVER SAW THEM INSIDE but worth noting if you’re screamish

On the day of checkout a staff member opened my front door to my room at 8.15am unannounced?? I hadn’t checked out yet and had the property til 11

I don’t think it was the cleanest smell of sewage from the drains in bathroom and bed sheets don’t look very clean no mosquitos in the room but I did wake up with bites on my legs on the days I stayed there?

It’s by the west lake so you will need a grab to get into city centre

Pros:

Das Zimmer war für den Preis und die Lage perfekt. In der Nähe der Wohnung sind ebenfalls kleine lokale Geschäfte, wo man perfekt was zu essen/trinken kaufen kann.

Die Gastfreundschaft der Familie war sehr herzlich. Ich buchte die Wohnung am selben Tag und erhielt einige Minuten später die Check-In Zeiten.
Der Vermieter und seine Familie machen wirklich einen sehr gute Job 🙌😄

Inexpensive, clean and perfect for the overnight accommodation we needed
Pros:

Good value for money and very convenient. Excellent communication with host.

Cons:

There three flights of stairs to climb to our room although our host carried my bag up for me. Very helpful.

Очень дружелюбные хозяева. Готовы решить любую проблему. Неоднократно интересовались, всё ли в порядке. Когда сообщил о небольшой проблеме (в номере этажом ниже были ремонтные работы и шум), предложили большую скидку. Хозяева пошли на встречу и бесплатно продлили наше пребывание на 2 часа в день выезда.
Хорошее месторасположение. Набережная в двух шагах. Но за счёт того, что аппартаменты находятся на удалении от проезжей части, в номере достаточно тихо.
Номер был довольно уютный, чистый, выглядел неплохо.
Пожалуй, это лучший вариант по соотношению цена/качество.

Cons:

Шум от ремонтных работ (но хозяева предложили скидку в качестве компенсации).
Из окна второго этажа вид прямо на соседнее здание, но мы просто не открывали шторы.
