Pros:

Location is great, very peaceful and no disturbance, staff was very polite and helpful, we would definitely comeback again

Pros:

The room is big and facilities are great, employees are nice. Shower is nice, but gets colder after a while. Beds are great.

Cons:

They really are pathetic when it comes to food or complementary breakfast. Lunch took exactly 1 hr to arrive and in breakfast they only had savige bath and poori, which is unacceptable for such a stay.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Peaceful location and quiet with good staff and room service

Cons:

Breakfast was missing kesari bath and idlis were not well steamed on both days.
Wifi was poor and power failures lead to switch off of TV and electronic devices during the transfer to back up power generator

Our plans changed twice, during our stay and they were very flexible and we extended our stay
Pros:

Set in off the main road, up on the hill side in the quiet country. New building, Classic old design with lots of flowering shrubs and trees, peaceful and good views of the surrounding countryside. Comfortable outside furniture, good bird watching

Good and a peaceful stay
Pros:

Spacious, the location and the view was good, the bungalow is well maintained.
Courteous and smiling staff.

Cons:

They could have let us know that they’ll be charging for drinking water, the rates of the property are expensive, the least they could do is provide more drinking water or inform at the time that the water will be charged. Or else provide RO water.

Superb property at a perfect location
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at The Summer House immensely!!! Right from the entrance to the rooms, to the entertainment room and the food , faultless!!! We had such a great time at the property, 25 mins from Nandi hills topmost point. Highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway !!!
