Had to ask for toilet paper. But, after we did, we received it almost immediately!

Boujee and convenient for downtown access.
Pros:

The location was super convenient. You could tell that they just updated everything. The shower was complicated but when you figured it out, it was super cool and I am actually wanting the same one of my house. The staff was amazing. I didn't open the door for myself at all and the receptionist ladies gladly answered my many phone calls when I couldn't figure something out.

Cons:

The bathroom is a pocket door and you can hear everything even when it's closed. The lights are complicated and took some mashing of buttons to figure out. The bed was much firmer than I personally prefer, but it was still comfortable enough to sleep well in.
