Pros:

A very cozy and professional apartment style hotel with friendly staff. Located next to a mall with variety of supermarket, restaurant and cloths. Within hotel got free laundry and my favourite ping pong table room with rubber floor mat.
Front Desk/Amy was proactive and helpful in coordination for my groups of 11 pax transportation from Airport to Hotel, Hotel to Office daily return and last route Hotel to Train station all well arranged and negotiated a reasonable rebate price.

Thanks for Kiki Shen’s nice consideration, I have a good upgrade.

Cons:

一进房间，就有裝修的化工味，令我过敏。經过开窗，气味仍在。第二天前台 Kiki Shen 替我換房升等，才解决问题。
