Probably okay for a solo backpacker who may use it as a base, but definitely wouldn’t recommend for couples who are look
Pros:

The property was very central, cheap. Ideal if you were a solo backpacker and had the double bed to yourself.

Cons:

Not very sociable. Me and my boyfriend were sharing the bottom bunk, and when I looked down the side, between the bed and the window, it was completely filled with dust. It is just a curtain between you and the other bunks, which is fine. Bathrooms were not great. Not enough room in storage for both of me and my boyfriends backpacks to be safely stored

Nice stay for a short period
Pros:

Nice capsules, in a central area of the old quarter. Staff are helpful, breakfast is free and okay.

Cons:

Right next to a very busy road so drivers honking their horns woke me up early, around 7:30. No real social spaces, just the lobby and the rooftop where breakfast is served

Catastrophique. On arrive et le mec de l'accueil (le pauvre était bien malade) nous tousse dessus au visage et puis dans ses mains avant de nous donner les clés, prendre nos passeports et donner nos serviettes... Bon assez répugnant mais si cetait que ça...
On monte au dortoir, dans le couloir avec les wc-douche, une odeur à vomir. Les sanitaires étaient répugnants, pas lavés et l'odeur n'en parlons pas. D'autant plus que seulement 3 wc+douche (1seule piece pour wc et douche) sur le pallier avec une vingtaine de voyageurs ... souvent de l'attente.
Le rangement pour le sac se trouve en haut du lit pour certain donc pas super pratique. D'autres ont un casier normal.
Dans notre "casier" en haut de notre lit, une bouteille d'eau remplie de pisse. C'est dégueulasse, et ça laisse à penser sur le ménage du reste...
Le bruit de la route dans les chambres est assez notable mais bon, cest Hanoï.
Je ne recommande pas dutout, nous avons réservé 2 nuits mais 1 seule etait deja trop.

Pros:

The most helpful, kind staff I had in any hostel so far. I had to change my booking several times, left my bags here for a while and the staff was always incredibly supportive. Beds are comfortable and have a great view. Location is perfect. Just outside old quarter, walking distance to beer street but still quiet.

Cons:

Only one small thing: some of the bathroom doors get stuck sometimes which can be a bit annoying

Pros:

A place to rest before your check in to your actually hotel. Near the heart of Hanoi old quarter.

Cons:

Bathrooms had no toilet paper even around 12-2pm, staff wasn’t very friendly, forgot something when I checked out and they tried to say there was nothing but I insisted there was and they finally gave me back my AirPod case.
