Rooms are Crazy cold
Nice modern capsules, lockers inside the capsule space, window view of city action below was sweet. Also liked the modern drawshades for privacy & sun. Fast wifi, Ac works well, hot water runs, and breakfast was good (fried egg, banh mi bread, cucumbers, watermelon, and 3-in-1 coffee/green tea everyday).
Ditching the 3-in-1 coffee for black coffee would improve the breakfast a lot. I didn't see anyone drinking the coffee.
Not much common space for connecting with other folks there (rooftop is cooking hot & lobby is for checkins or staff hanging out). There is a commons space on the rooftop with ac, but staff use it and it seems off-limits. Similar to the kitchen space: for instance I wanted to carve a mango but was told it was impossible to get a knife. Fortunately someone on the street let me borrow one.
Staff were pretty pretty cold, perhaps overworked or just how it is culturally in Vietnam north.
All-in-all, nice modern capsule hostel to sleep at, but it sees itself more as a budget capsule hotel and what you see is what you get...

The rooms were cool, bed was spacious, good luggage storage in the locker, enough for two big backpacks and two smaller backpacks and a little more soace too. Nice towels too. The breakfast was a nice touch
The bed was a little hard for my liking. The bathrooms smelt and the soap provided for me was off putting smell but my partner thought it was okay.

Great place for the price. You get a double bed with blinds so feels like your own little room. Air conditioned. The staff are super friendly. They organised the Ha Giang Loop tour for me and it was excellent. Super experienced safe drivers, they organised private rooms while on the loop, insanely good value for money, they even put me up for free one night after tour back in Hanoi (all included on tour price) Don’t think there’s better value options. Great guys.
Such good value, double bed capsule with pull out table, with free breakfast and towels. Best hostel I've been to.
The location is a bit awkward, right beside a highway.
Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut, und es war alles sauber. Am besten gefiel uns die super Beratung an der Rezeption, vorallem Piu - der absolut alles für uns geregelt hat, sogar einen schwer zu bekommenen Nightbus(!!) und dabei immer geduldig und überaus freundlich war.
Die Locker für das Doppelbett waren fast zu klein für zwei Personen.
