Can't believe we weren't allowed to use the swimming pool
Pros:

Cleanliess was good.

Cons:

Not allowed to use the swimming pool, unless paying euro10 per person per day! Rental payment of pool towels required! Why show pictures of the pool if it's not included?

apartamenti ishte super na pelqeu shume,kushtet ishin fantastike dhe shume paster,dhoma kishte gjithcka hekur per hekurosje bashke me tavolinen,tv me youtube per femijet,frigorifer te madh per mbajtur ushqimet,sobe per gatim me aspirim,ballkon me pamje shume te bukur.

Pros:

Hotel it self is appeals very new and beautifully designed, poolarea is excellent and room was really nice standard

Cons:

Some parts of hotel Area is under construction (which is ok, but it could be managed better). There seems to be some confusion on privately rentes apartment vs hotel rooms in reception and how to handle that with the customer. Parking options not clear and not Well defined.
Breakfast option(which was included in stay) is really bad and needs significant improvement for claimed 5 star hotel level. Have experienced Way better food quality at other lower star hotels in Albania.

Studio apartment in a tour group hotel!
Pros:

The quiet front swimming pool. Until.the children came and left plates of half eaten food all over the pool lounges.

Cons:

The studio is really a bedroom with a kitchenette... there is no dining area or work area, like a desk or a table. There is a little table in the minuscule balcony, but you can't use it because the hot air from the a/c is constantly blowing. Basically it the balcony is only a drying area.

I didn't like the thousand tourists "camping" at reception. This hotel is a hub for package holidays tours.

I didn't like the way the receptionist treated you when they knew you were renting a "privately" own apartment. Basically, they make no effort to help you or explain what's included and in the area.

The included breakfast is good food, but the atmosphere is horrible, and the coffee machine has an endless line.

The place is not charming at all, I think I could find a better place for my €172.80 for two nights in Duress or Golem.

Very clean and comfortable
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and the apartment as well. Very clean and modern. Fluffy towels and great linens. The apartment has a nice view as well. The host is very friendly.

Cons:

The only downsides in our case were that the internet at the hotel is poor. There was an water outage, of course outside of the control of the host.

Superb
Pros:

Very happy with our 6 night stay in well appointed hotel/apartment. 

Esi, the owner,  provided promt, private, professional assistance to us and we had use of the hotel's pools and services. (Most guests were on an all-inclusive basis).

We had a kitchenette and plenty of shops and restaurants, cafes and markets within a block or two.

We rented bikes and used the bank next door.

 Everyone was friendly, everything is reasonably priced. Location is perfect.

Very convenient to beach, boardwalk and sea. Plenty to do and see for several kilometers in both directions. For a small fee we used the private Bonita beach chairs and umbrellas.

We loved our 5th fl. balcony with view of sea and adult pool. It was mostly quiet.

If you have kids the pool and promenade is fantastic for families. The shower is excellent, great to have the heat pump for AC. Comfy beds and lots of towels.

We had no complaints and I would highly recommend this rental. Great deal for sure! I'd come back.
