Regretting my stay

Cons:

Damaged washroom. Rude staffs. Bathroom tap was not working. They wont come and clean the room if we tell them also. Even if they clean, they wont do it properly. Cigarette smell everywhere in the room.

If I check inn at night 10PM and check out at morning 9AM no freak fast provided as complimentary, I am old customer of Hotel Simram from 2010 and book rooms for our staff for Siemens ltd.
