Guest handling and communication from some staff members need major improvement.
Pros:

The room was comfortable after the issue was fixed, and one receptionist during check-in handled us politely and listened to our concerns properly. Location is also convenient.

Cons:

I visited this hotel again after 2 years while coming from Mauritius for holiday, but this time the experience was disappointing. On arrival, the security staff was sitting and chatting. I had to open the gate myself and enter with my car. There was no greeting or proper welcome for guests. I was asked to change my parking spot multiple times after an 8-hour journey, which was frustrating.

Later I noticed the security person appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. The next morning, the washroom was blocked. When I informed the receptionist on day duty, the response was not professional and there was no urgency to solve the issue. I had to repeatedly follow up, and finally used the common washroom before going out.

The issue was eventually fixed after I handed over the room key, but overall guest handling and communication from some staff members need major improvement. Staff should speak politely and handle guest complaints in a respectful and professional manner.

Centrally located n near to baga beach

Cons:

Outside rooms cleanliness to be improved. Plumbing problem to be rectified. Because taps not working properly so we faced water problem for few hours till they rectified.

Pros:

It was a good resort. The faculties where okay but they should do regular maintenance of each faculties. Its is near to the titos lane which is the advantages price are ok. It was a fun to visit the place.

Cons:

Faculties should be upgraded and maintain. Bathroom can be little more cleaner.
