Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war unschlagbar, alles gut zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war unkompliziert, immer gut erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig genug für eine kleine Gruppe. Schöne Holzböden und gute Ausstattung für einen Kurzurlaub in Hamburg. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir würden das Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Da wir Familie in Hamburg haben ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit auch groß, dass wir wieder über ihre Agentur buchen. Danke für alles.

Ruim appartement op goede locatie!
Pros:

Ruim en mooie locatie

Cons:

Sleutelproces was niet geheel duidelijk, maar online support snel en super. Gordijnen zorgden niet voor een donkere slaapkamer.

Excellent location, very spacious and clean apartment, equipped kitchen with big dining table, comfortable beds

All rooms have windows for a pretty busy road, quiet when closed but may be a bit noisy when left open at night

store lyse værelser, dejligt badeværelse og ekstra toilet. Rart med elevator

Top locatie, top appartement!
Pros:

Prachtig zeer ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en hele fijne bedden. Keuken is redelijk goed voorzien van spullen. Zeer centraal gelegen, alles is op loopafstand. Wel aan drukke weg, dus je hoort wel het verkeer.

Cons:

Parkeren was een tegenvaller. In info stond dat er een parkeerkaart zou zijn voor 15 euro per dag, maar dat bleek niet het geval. Na wat gemopper en heen en weer geapp, was het wel mogelijk, maar dat kwam te laat. we hadden de auto toen al op P&R gezet buiten het centrum. Dat werkt overigens heel goed en is goedkoop (2 euro per dag), maar kost wat meer tijd.

In de badkamer alleen een bad waarin je kan douchen (fijne douche). Dat is wat onhandig en glibberig.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in vielen Vierteln. Die vorhandenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wren prima

Die Küchenausstattung war etwas spärlich. nach jder Mahlzeit läuft die Spülmaschine und ein richtig großer nudeltopf wäre von Vorteil. Auch waren nur 7 Messer und nur 3 grosse Tassen da. Mag kleinlich sein, aber wäre trotzdem schön

Pros:

Große, helle Zimmer - viel Platz, viel Sonne
Ansprechende Ausstattung - schlicht aber qualitativ, alles da was man braucht
Gute Lage - ziemlich zentral, nicht weit zum Michel, Elbe, Kiez oder Außenalster
Waschmaschine/Trockner vorhanden - gerne noch als Ausstattungsmerkmal hinzugefügen

Cons:

Badezimmer Duschwand undicht - leichte Überschwemmungsgefahr
Beleuchtung in manchen Zimmern etwas dunkel

A lovely, convenient apartment that made for a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Lovely, spacious apartment with high ceilings and a bright, airy feel. Easy-to-use heating, very comfortable beds, and good quality bedding and towels. Nice clean kitchen.

Cons:

A little more seating in the living room and wider curtains would make it perfect, but these were minor points and wouldn’t stop us booking again. Overall a great stay.

Cons:

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, allerdings fehlen so einige Dinge, wie z.B. Haken für Handtücher im Bad, der Fernseher in einem Zimmer ging nicht, die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Zusätzliche Decken für die Betten und auch zusätzliche Kissen fehlten.

Be clear that there is no shampoo. We thought toiletries meant shampoo 😀
