All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance, although the hotel will do its best to accommodate them.

The apartments are cleaned daily and bed linen is changed every 3 days.

The photos of the rooms are for guidance only. Each category includes a selection of several apartments.

Reservations of 6 or more rooms are subject to group terms and conditions. A nonrefundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the reservation may be canceled.

Parque Santiago is a quiet resort, so the noise level should be kept low after 22:00.

Beautiful, ideally-located complex.
Pros:

Parque Santiago 3 has beautiful gardens, two swimming pools and two jacuzzis. It’s ideally located on the seafront, with an excellent supermarket across the road and plenty of restaurants. The apartments are comfortable with all facilities. Finally, the staff are helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Refurbishment of some apartments is underway. This does cause some noise pollution between 10:00 and 17:00.

Lovely clean hotel with amazing staff

Staff are amazing, rooms were modern and extremely clean, rooms were cleaned thoroughly everyday, pool was lovely and not overrun with people. Just a really pleasant stay - felt like a 4 star hotel not 3.

Cons:

Shower flooded a little one day but it was fixed asap.
Playa de Las Americas is a bit Vegas-like and some clientele are a bit rough but other than that it is a lovely holiday.
