Important information:

All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance, although the hotel will do its best to accommodate them.

The apartments are cleaned daily and bed linen is changed every 3 days.

The photos of the rooms are for guidance only. Each category includes a selection of several apartments.

Reservations of 6 or more rooms are subject to group terms and conditions. A nonrefundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the reservation may be canceled.

The establishment reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel the stay if any guest shows unacceptable behavior.

In case of early departure without justified urgent reasons, the establishment will charge the full amount of the stay.

Parque Santiago is a quiet resort, so the noise level should be kept low after 22:00.

The resort is carrying out a program of improvement of the rooms, so renovations will be carried out in different areas throughout the year. During this period, the works may cause a nuisance, although the establishment will make every effort to minimize noise and disruption to services.

Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A fantastic stay in a perfect location – we would definitely come back!
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect – right by the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you need. The hotel grounds and pool area were beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.

Pros:

Location was excellent and adults pool and wellbeing area.

Cons:

I honestly think the pictures advertised were very misleading. It was not a studio apartment it was a hotel room so for that reason I wouldn’t stay again. The price was very expensive for 1 room!!!!!

PERFECT.
Pros:

Modern, renovated studio apartment with a terrace overlooking the beach and the ocean. We only had breakfast but it was PERFECT. Great pool area both for people with kids and adults who are looking for some peace. There is something for everybody! As I am from the Mediterranean and living in Denmark, the whole feel of the building and the gardens reminded me of home. Thanks Parque Santiago III for a great week of this years vacation!

Great location, great facilities, well worth staying!
Pros:

Variety of pools and sun loungers was great! The room was exceptionally clean and great facilities.

Cons:

Only concern is the twin beds aren’t locked together when made into a double. The beds move apart and my partner kept falling down in between them. Should really be Meade with one double sheet or have a lock for the bases.
