Pros:

Deven is an amazing host. Always responsive and always helpful. He managed to answer all of my questions and deal with everything I have asked him to.
The place itself looks exactly like on the pictures and has everything that is listed. The location is great, just behind Ayala Mall, so plenty of options for eating, shopping etc.
I can definitely recommend the place and especially the host and will book again in my future visits in Davao City.
