Perfect way to start our vacation in Japan
Pros:

We loved having an apartment style room with front desk services that a hotel offers. It is located in a quiet peaceful area but close to all of the attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Great apartment in an excellent location.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was lovely and perfectly suited our needs. It was in a great location, easy to get to restaurants and transit.

Cons:

We had booked for four people. The two sofa beds were not made up and when I asked to have them made up I was told I would have to do it myself.

Great stay in Tokyo for a family of four.
Pros:

Very clean and well equipped . We were two adults and two children and we’ve felt very comfortable inside for 5 days. Having a kitchen and a washing machine made it easy for us. It is close to the metro and in the heart of Asakusa .

Cons:

Relatively small for 4 people , but very good value for money.

The space in the family room was very much welcome after such a long flight and gave the kids space to decompress.
Getting an early check in was very much appreciated too.

Perfect for families who need a bit of extra space or travelling with teens. Location is 10/10
Pros:

This is a fantastic apartment hotel in a great location. Walking distance to so many places, literally could spend days exploring the neighbourhood and we enjoyed the balcony for a few quiet wines after a big day. These apartments are bigger by Tokyo standards which was good for our family as we were not on top of each other. Loved the dining area with comfy lounge. The bunk set up is perfect with USB outlets by the beds so the teens were happy and gave them privacy. It was a lot higher up in our price brackets compared to other accommodation we had been using but worth it for a couple nights of extra room. The staff at the front desk are wonderful too.

Cons:

No negatives, maybe a set of wine glasses in the kitchen but apart from that, everything was excellent
