Great option to stay with amazing breakfast, just improve shuttle service and brief guests about it during checkin

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!
Pros:

We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Makkah for 11 nights from 4–15 August in a Quadruple Room, and overall it was an excellent experience.

Although the hotel is rated 4-star, I honestly feel it deserves 5 stars, especially for its food, service and housekeeping. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, which was perfect for our family. The mattresses were excellent, the bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of cupboard space for our belongings.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a great variety of continental and hot food options, along with fresh fruits. Everything was fresh and well presented.

A special mention to the housekeeping team, particularly the Bengali staff, who were exceptional, polite and hardworking. Their attention to detail and friendly service really stood out. Kudos to the whole team!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book Courtyard by Marriott Makkah again. Thank you very much to the entire Courtyard by Marriott team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

Cons:

The only slight downside is that the hotel is around 1–1.5 km from Masjid al-Haram. However, the shuttle service to the area behind the Clock Tower is very convenient and generally available outside prayer times.

Loved the stay. Stuff was friendly and helpful. 5 mins by shuttle bus to kaaba. Over all i would repeat my stay there an
