Good clean budget stay.
Pros:

A good budget choice that offer good value for money. Simple but clean room with good AC. Basic toilet. It is good for anyone who want to find a cheap place to stay but does not offer any additional luxury. Good public areas including balconies and a Public PS5 Area where you can drink a beer and play some games. Outlet strip om the night stand allow you to plugin and load multiple devices.

Location of TV awkward in relation to the bed.

It was great stay, near down town, very safe in hotel and in the streets too.
Pros:

Very kind people, especially the owner, front desk Alexia with her beautiful smile went far e beyond to help customers , the chef and security guys too. Premises of the entire building where always cleaned and neat.

Cons:

the sheets need to be change from synthetic material to cotton.

Pros:

The hotel was clean but the toilet did not work and there was no hot water. Also there was ants all over my bed and they kept me up at night. The manager or front desk worker was intrusive. He followed me outside. Maybe that’s common in Nicaragua. The security guard was awesome.
