Pros:

ロケーション良好。
天文館へは徒歩で移動可能な距離です。
市電の電停も近いため市電エリア範囲での遠出も楽でした。

Cons:

施設の老朽化が原因でしょうか。
部屋の窓を開けた時にスタックしました。

部屋単位での冷暖房の選択も出来ないようでした。
