الموقع ممتاز وقريب من كل ما أحتاجه، مما سهّل علي التنقل والوصول إلى الوجهات المختلفة.
الاستقبال كان في غاية الاحترافية، وبالأخص الأستاذ مصطفى والأستاذ محمد، حيث قدّموا خدمة راقية جداً وتعاملوا بكل لطف واهتمام، مما يعكس مستوى عالٍ من المهنية والحرص على راحة النزلاء.

Dobry hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko stacji metra Al Murabba - to niebieska linia, chyba najlepiej skomunikowana z całym miastem, w każdą stronę można się dostać w miarę szybko. Blisko też supermarket Lulu, wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, można tam znaleźć. Hotel umożliwia wybór pokoju z podwójnym lóżkiem lub dwoma pojedyńczymi. Pokoje zostały nam pokazane przez obsługę przed przekazaniem kluczy. Recepcja 24h. Wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, załatwisz z obsługą. Bardzo dobre śniadanie (jak już je dostaliśmy).

Cons:

Przez 2 dni (z ogólnie 5) nie dotaliśmy śniadania, które było wliczone w cenę. Obsługa tłumaczyła, że to z powodu zakończonego tydzień wcześniej ramadanu. Nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej rekompensaty, ponieważ śniadanie było "za darmo". Obsługa chyba nie rozumie, że śniadanie wliczone w cenę też kosztuje przy zamawianiu pobytu - hotel bez śniadania jest po prostu tańszy. Przez 2 dni nie mieliśmy też dostępu do internetu (zdarza się nawet najlepszym).

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Le monsieur de la réception a eu la gentillesse de nous donner une chambre dès notre arrivée plus tôt que prévu alors que nous étions épuisés par le vol de nuit.

Cons:

Hélas, une petite fenêtre dans le living et une fenêtre condamnée dans la chambre, pas de couverts dans la cuisine.
