Great service and Value for Money
Pros:

The location is excellent, right next to the metro station so that's great. The staff does not bother you a lot and it's a very small community managing this. It's also pretty economical like 2200 SAR for 8 nights in a peak LEAP season is nice. We got a huge room with 2 beds and a mini kitchen and loads of space.

Cons:

The toilet is a bit congested - i know they can't change the construction so that's fine, considering the room size, toilet could be more spacious although I thing that's the standard in KSA. The WiFi was pretty good although it's range in my room was limited - my fault though, I should have consulted them.
