I would avoid this place.
Pros:

The location was good.
Security is good.
Felt very safe.
Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The property manager messaged me one day before arrival, informing me that the house keeper will meet me in the lobby to give me the key. I waited 2 hours. I kept messaging her every 5 minutes asking what is going on, to no avail.

The security suggested maybe that the door might be unlocked and to go try opening it.

I went upstairs, tried the door and it was locked.
All of a sudden I heard a lady's voice inside. A lady opens the door and I see her young son sleeping on the couch. I asked why she didn't meet me in the lobby, she told me she and her son fell asleep. Her son got up, peed all over the toilet seat and floor, didn't bother to flush it either. And then they left.

There were also many cockroaches under the sink that would come out occasionally. When I asked if they can send someone to kill the roaches they simply replied they can't.

You also can't use any of the amenities unless you are staying longer than 30 days. I couldn't even pay money to use their gym and pool. So I had to go about 20 minutes away to go work out at a gym.

The customer service is absolutely terrible too. Good luck trying to reach them. Their excuse is, sorry, different time zones. How weird that the customer service is not in the same time zone as the country they are supposed to service?

Honestly, if it weren't for the roaches and not being able to use the amenities, the place would have a lot of potential.
