Lousy. Dishonest and Nonchalant.

Cons:

The property owner never asked for payment and when I called him to check on it, he outright mentioned that he has cancelled our reservation.

The message from the property which we received clearly mentioned someone from the property would contact us for further assistance and payment.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay for 1 week over the festive season. The staff and owner are vibrant, friendly and always keen on engaging and saying hello. The rooms were clean and spacious, I found the value for money to be above par. If we return to Morjim / Arambol we will be sure to stay here again 🙏

Pros:

Близость пляжа. Доброжелательность, отзывчивость персонала. Комплектация номера( питьевая вода, средства гигиены, кондиционер, ТВ). Наличие кафе при отеле с адекватными ценами.

Cons:

Отель расположен вдоль проезжей части. Беспокоил шум со стороны автодороги. .

Worst stay ever

Cons:

The toilet was so dirty and filthy, the even was old shit...
One of the hosts was only interested in what time we'd pay.
A group of Russians were drunk everyday and shouted and fought at 2am.
There were constructions on the other side of the hotel which started at 11pm and were really loud.
We asked 3 times for a special diet which was guaranteed via message but when we arrived NO ONE had a clue. They made us feel very bad for asking again & for the effort they had to prepare some rice pudding. Fruits tastet like onions because they didn't change the knife.
You couldn't sit on the balcony because there were so many spiders.
The road is absolutely not safe for pedestrians to walk and the nearby beach really isn't beautiful.
All in all we felt. extremely unwelcome.

Home from home in Morjim
Pros:

The room was super comfortable with a beautiful big balcony. The staff were sooo helpful and the restaurant provided excellent room service, breakfast on the balcony was a nice touch! Room cleaning was also excellent- thanks guys!!
