Opholdet levede desværre ikke op til forventningerne. Hotellet svarede ikke til beskrivelsen, rengøringen var dårlig, mo

Beliggenheden var okay, og værelset var ok. Der var også aircondition, hvilket var rart.

Cons:

Prisen blev ændret efter booking, hvilket ikke var i orden. Faciliteterne levede ikke op til det, der var beskrevet på hjemmesiden. Der blev ikke gjort ordentligt rent på værelset og badeværelset var beskidt ved ankomst. Sengetøjet blev ikke skiftet under hele opholdet på 6 nætter. Morgenmaden var meget dårlig og ikke som beskrevet. Personalet talte næsten ikke engelsk, så det var meget svært at kommunikere med dem. Alt i alt levede hotellet ikke op til standarden eller billederne online.

Stanza: l’immagine usata per promuovere la struttura è lontanissima dalla stanza che mi è stata assegnata che, seppur dignitosa, è un po’ malconcia. Colazione: un piatto fuori dal frigo, coperto di film plastico, con formaggi e verdure. Il pane va preso da cestini, o sacchetti di plastica, in cui finiscono gli scarti della cena, dato che la stanza colazioni è al piano interrato e corrisponde alla sala di un ristorante aperto la sera. Pagamento: ho pagato in loco le due notti ma dopo la partenza mi hanno fatto sapere di aver prelevato nuovamente l’intero importo dalla carta usata solo come garanzia della prenotazione. Hanno proposto di scontarli da un prossimo soggiorno sostenendo di non poter inviare un rimborso. Ho coinvolto Booking che ha risolto la questione.

Pros:

Стаята беше просторна и чиста, а леглото огромно. Банята също не беше лоша!

Cons:

Рецепцията като чели не знаеше за резервацията ни и момчето не говореше много добре английски език, което затрудняваше комуникацията ни. Отделно в хотела няма безплатно wifi и трябва да си заплатиш допълнително.

Les photos sur votre site ne correspondent pas à la réalité ( vieux mobiliers , à rafraîchir les parties communes….)
Le petit déjeuner très local, pas continental du tout, pas de jus d’orange, pas de croissants, pas de chocolat… seulement du fromage à volonté….

The location was excellent and very convenient for transportation. The reception staff were extremely helpful and provided us with detailed information about the city. They also assisted us with the airport transfer and arranged a warm welcome upon our arrival. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We were even offered traditional Turkish coffee, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated their professionalism and support

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and the location was perfect just a short walk to the tram, which made getting around the city very easy. The reception staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed, from directions to local tips. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely choose this place again for our next visit.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good. You can easily take the elevator down to the ground floor and enjoy your meal in the breakfast restaurant. The hygiene standards were also excellent. The location is very convenient — there is a tram stop about a 10-minute walk away, and you can reach many parts of the city within 20–30 minutes by tram.
