Convenient, lovely location, lovely courtyeard, excellent customer service, very friendly staff.
Pros:

We were grateful to get the last room during a busy time (the eclipse). The owners/managers explained it was a small room. It was indeed small, but we were still grateful. Next time we would seek a larger room facing the courtyard. The courtyard was really special, and it was lovely to sit in the courtyard. The hotel is in the centre of the old town, so that was lovely.

Cons:

The room was very small, facing the busy street; however, we could block out the noise by closing the windows.

El personal era amable, estaba bien situado.

Cons:

El hotel era muy antiguo y había carcoma del parquet, unos bichos pequeños que salen de agujeros en la madera y que se ponían por todo el cuarto durante la noche, lo dijimos en recepción y nos cambiaron la habitación a otra que estaba recien fumigada (lo cual agradecimos ya que íbamos con un recién nacido) aún así, el hecho de estar fumigada y la aparición de más bichos, nos dio a entender que era un problema de todas las habitaciones y que eran conscientes de ello. Al ser un hotel antiguo el ruido también era alto, aunque no era dramático, se puede dormir.

Hotel muy bien situado en Villaviciosa, para conocer los alrededores.
Limpio, aparcamiento cercano.

La habitación algo anticuada, pero cómoda. En la plaza había ruido, pero la cerrar ventanas no sé oía nada. Por los comentarios parecía que iba a haber mucho alboroto y para nada, al menos entre semana en agosto.

Cons:

La alfombra de la habitación, algo anticuada.
La cama sonaba algo.
Eché de menos un minibar.
Pero lo recomiendo para visitar los alrededores.
