Perfect stay in the City!
Pros:

It was such an amazing experience. Property, location, food, service, aesthetics everything was excellent. View from the rooftop is beautiful. Staff was kind, polite and helpful. Very well maintained, neat and clean property. Would love to stay again.

Very beatiful rooms with aesthetic interiors, and a clear view of Shnar Kella. Cooperative and responsive staff.
Pros:

The ambience, cleanliness, staffs behaviour. Everything is absolutely perfect!

Food can be a bit better. It’s not at all bad, but can be better.

Pros:

Nothing, completely waste of money

Cons:

From the day one the hotel management try to harass us, we have booked the hotel from booking.com and before my check in they called me up and ask me to deposit the amount online otherwise they will a lot my room to someone else this is actually the violation of booking.com policy also the breakfast time given in the hotel by 8 o'clock 9:30 but in my two days stay we need never seen the kitchen is ready with the breakfast before 9:15 am and because of this we have done our breakfast outside of the hotel

Outstanding
Pros:

One of the best hotels to stay in Jaisalmer, considering rate, facilities, & location. Location is ~3 kms (~1.5 kms walking) from Station but almost all tourist spots are very near within ~1 kms. We booked a family room which was spacious enough to easily accomodate our 4 adult members. Warm welcome from Mr. Gemraj. Neat & clean room & thoroughly cleaned toilet with accessories like hair dryer. Quality of the food was excellent & rates reasonable. Thanks to Mr. Onkar Ram for providing excellent food. Rooftop restaurant gives very good view of the Fort. Special thanks to Mr. Gemraj. He even allowed us to stay for extra ~2 hrs. as our train was in the evening.

Cons:

Though we didn't have any vehicle so not an issue for us but no parking space.

Fantastic experience like never before
