Safe, relaxing, clean, and enjoyable!
Pros:

The rooftop was beautiful and a lovely place to relax outside. The room had everything I needed and it was in a great location. Arun and Devanand were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind. I was traveling alone and felt safe the whole time. They connected me with a driver, who was safe & helpful. They’re wonderful hosts.

Cons:

Everything was great :)

Wonderful place to stay to explore Fort Kochi. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Beautiful property. Our room on the roof which was lovely with lots of plants. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with a fridge and kettle plus filtered water. We took one look and booked an extra night! Arun took great care of us answering all our questions, recommending places to eat and booked us a massage.

Cons:

Nothing - we loved it all.

Beautiful large room - air con - fridge - warm shower - beautiful bed linen - staff great
Pros:

photos on Booking.com matched the Homestay perfectly. Roof top terrace amazing place to sit and relax. We had a 'suite' and it was perfect - large room - dining table - perfect shower with hot water. Nice comfortable chair to sit and read. Staff more than helpful - available at all times on whatsapp. Quiet room despite it facing the road. Fridge!!! There was also a communal sitting area outside the room with comfortable seating. Large drinking water station in communal area was great for filling up water bottles and therefore using less plastic

Nothing could have been better for us!!!

L’endroit idéal pour amorcer un séjour dans le Sud de l’Inde, c’est mon premier voyage dans ce pays!
Pros:

Tout dans son ensemble!
Les chambres de l’étage supérieut avec terrasse attenante, sont remarquables, j’y retournerais sans hésitation aucune.

Cons:

Il n’y a que le bruit des portes qui soit sporadiquement incommodant; il serait facile d’y remédier par de simples ajustements.

Perfect stay in Kochi
Pros:

Perfect location, clean and comfortable room in a really nice house, AC works very well, beautiful rooftop. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Kochi! Best of all is the hospitality of the owner who greeted me with a fruit platter when I arrived past midnight, helped book excursions and arranged an early morning Tuktuk to the train station.

Pros:

Just watching birds from the roof and the air-condition.
Nothing else

Cons:

As soon we arrived we were notified that's it's in the third floor obviously without lift. We had 2 large heavy suitcases.
The son of the owner that he was eager to get paid he didn't even tried to help with the luggage. My husband has respiratory problems and I have back problems. The bathroom was dirty. The mattresses are hard as a rock. Pillows yellow. God know when the bedspread and the blanket was washed. And to top it up, it's says homestay which doesn't feel like it. The pictures shown are completely different from reality. I spent whole day crying. It was the worst lodging from 7 in india

It is only good for young backpackers that they want to just sleep there for one night.
