Hezke ubytovani jen ta spatna komunikace

Cisty a moderni apartman, blizko v okoli supermarket a obchod s cerstvou zeleninou. Za 7 denni pobyt probehnul 1x uklid apartmanu vcetne doplneni toaletnich potreb a vymena rucniku.

Cons:

Velmi spatna komunikace! Na emaily nereaguji. Den pred prijezdem jsem musel pronajimateli volat a dozadovat se blizsich informaci k check-inu. Ani v den prijezdu kdy je mozny check-in od 15:00h mi do mailu slibovane instrukce neprisly. Opet jsem musel volat a dozadovat se zaslani.
Take negativne hodnotim bazen. Voda v bazenu studena jelikoz za cely den na bazen sviti slunce v obdobi od cca 11:00- 14:00h. O bazen se nikdo nestara. Na dne bazenu pisek. Okoli bazenu trus od holubu. Museli jsme si sami uklidit.

A bit less than ok stay
Pros:

Apartment size, price, bright decor

Cons:

There was no shower door in the bathroom, so water splashed everywhere. It had probably been broken by a previous guest. The base of the toilet in the family bathroom was damaged, the floor in the master bedroom was not clean, and there were no batteries in the air conditioner remote, so we had to take batteries from the TV remote.
There were also no power outlets available for charging devices in the second bedroom.
I sent both a WhatsApp message and an email to the reception team, but I did not receive any response.
I have photos of everything.

Pros:

the apartment is big and spacious, had everything I needed.
Washing machine was a huge bonus
Big supermarket is 8 min walk away
very clean, new and modern.
No noise, good Wi Fi
