Ótima localização dentro de Albaizin. Proximo de Alhambra. Geladeira e cozinha disponível (ha outros quartos para outras pessoas)

Cons:

Apenas para registrar um pouco de dificuldade para abrir a caixinha onde fica a chave. O vizinho / morador ao lado nao gostou de tentar abrir a porta dele (totalmente ok considerando que são 3 quartos e muitas pessoas devem atrapalha-lo. Creio que uma melhor comunicação resolve isso

Me ha gustado la casa en si, es como estilo de pueblo, la terraza tenía muy buenas vistas, la cocina estaba equipada en cuanto a electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina, tenía algunas especias pero no tenía ni sal ni aceite.

Cons:

Se escucha bastante todo por lo que no hay tanta privacidad.
En cuanto a limpieza es el sitio más sucio que he alquilado, si quieres desempacar la maleta olvídate, no había ni una sola estante, armario o cajón que no tuviese una capa enorme de polvo, las sábanas estaban un poco sucias. La verdad que si no fuese por la limpieza le hubiese puesto mucha más nota.

Preciosa casa, limpia, bonita, buena ubicación y buen servicio. Buena relación calidad/precio.
Pros:

Maravillosa casa, muy limpia y bonita y buena ubicación. Además es grande y cuenta con una cocina y terraza. Tan solo hay tres habitaciones y nosotras no nos encontramos con nadie, por lo que pudimos usar la cocina y la terraza a nuestro gusto, era como tener toda la casa enorme para nosotras solas. El check-in y el check-out fueron fáciles y hay libertad para hacer el check-in a la hora que tú quieras. Bastante buena calidad para un precio tan barato.

Cons:

La única pega que le puedo poner es que si vas en verano tienes que dormir con la ventana cerrada porque aunque es una calle pequeña y semi-peatonal, de vez en cuando pasan coches y hacen un poco de ruido. Son pocos coches los que pasan pero cuando pasan se escucha bastante con la ventana abierta, aunque con la ventana cerrada no se escucha nada.

The proprty is in a very good location, very close both to albaicin and granada city centre. The access and the check in are fast and intuitive.

Cons:

The room was very cold and the bed wasn't so comfortable. The style of the room (and in general of the house) was a little bit too old.

Stunning views on Granada
Pros:

Although only one room was ours, the rest of the house (with three other rooms) was very spacious. Great facilities at this accomodation, full kitchen and beautiful terrace overlooking the city. The space felt clean and a washing machine with detergent is a great addition for those travelling.

Cons:

It seems to be an old place, a few cabinets could do with maintenance and our room door handle fell off, but it wasn’t an issue. Also, for tall people, some doorframes and stair ceilings are pretty low.

Lovely room in apartment in a nice location.
Pros:

Location was good, I walked from the train station in about 20-30 minutes. Room was fine, bed was comfy. The apartment was well furnished and homey. Rooftop was nice but better views from the miradors nearby,. Kitchen facilities were great.

Cons:

Stairs to go up to my room were a bit narrow and steep. Good for guests to understand that they are getting a bedroom in a shared apartment.
