Pros:

Новый, хороший отель, чисто, уютно. Вкусные и сытные завтраки (при небольшой заполненности - индивидуальный набор блюд на номер, но с достаточным разнообразием и количеством, чтобы наесться вдоволь). Отличный ресторан при отеле на свежем воздухе, где можно поужинать.

Cons:

Возникали небольшие технические сложности из-за неопытности персонала

Albergo di grande fascino per la sua collocazione in una grande fabbrica di rame dismessa di epoca sovietica, bello architettonicamente, ha una sobria eleganza nell'arredo. Vartan, alla reception, è estremamente professionale, disponibile, cortese. Così gli altri componenti dello staff. La colazione è gustosissima, abbondante, preparata con prodotti di grande qualità.

Cons:

Andava tutto bene.

Good and new hotel with nice stuff.

Cons:

The food was fine overall, but there were limited options without meat. At breakfast, they served powdered milk instead of regular milk, which was quite strange and disappointing for a hotel of this level, it really lowered the quality.
We also didn’t like that the restaurant prices were much higher than in regular places nearby. A simple tea and one dessert cost as much as a full meal elsewhere, which was ridiculous.

Pros:

Hôtel de très grande qualité pour un prix plus qu'abordable. Chambre confortable, spacieuse, propre. Petit déjeuner correct. Le resto est pas mal non plus. L'environnement surprend, car l'hôtel appartient au groupe métallurgique Vallex et le bâtiment fait parti de l'immense complexe sidérurgique complétement abandonné. Amateur d'URBEX, bienvenue !

Cons:

Attention des travaux sont en cours dans le bâtiment voisins, bruyant actuellement en semaine, nous étions là-bas le WE donc très calme. Le personnel un peu terne pas à la hauteur de l'ensemble de l'hôtel.

for 3 days I was told the charge is denied by my 3 different credit cards
Cons:

the game they played to get paid in cash instead of credit card, finally I paid with my credit card when I repeated I will write in my reviews, to go thru these scenes of arguments in front of my group of 12 medical personnel was an ordeal

Bella struttura vicino alla miniera di rame
Pros:

Bellissimo albergo recentemente ristrutturato (forse era la foresteria della confinante miniera di rame oggi dismessa).
tutto nuovissimo e perfetto. parcheggio privato

Cons:

manca l'ascensore
staff molto essenziale
colazione servita sull'androne delle scale e non rifornita durante il pasto (caffè solubile terminato e non c'era l'acqua)
le finestre davano sulla miniera dismessa

Pros:

Precioso edificio con bonitas vistas. Habitaciones amplias cómodas y limpias. Se puede comer en el jardín exterior que es muy agradable
