Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue extremadamente grave.
Una de nuestras clientas (soy dueño de una empresa de turismo) estuvo involucrada en un incidente de conducta sexual inapropiada por parte de un miembro del personal del hotel, situación que puso en riesgo su seguridad dentro de las instalaciones.
Lo más alarmante no fue solo el hecho, sino la respuesta de la administración. El supuesto “manager” actuó con una actitud irresponsable, despectiva y humillante frente a la situación, mostrando cero empatía, cero protocolo y cero sentido de protección hacia el huésped.
Cuando un hotel falla tanto en la supervisión de su personal como en la gestión de una denuncia de este nivel, deja de ser un lugar de hospitalidad y se convierte en un entorno inseguro.
Como operador de viajes, no volveremos a alojar clientes aquí. La seguridad —especialmente para mujeres viajeras— no está garantizada, y la administración demostró no estar preparada para manejar situaciones críticas con profesionalismo.
Esperamos que las autoridades y la dirección del hotel tomen medidas reales, porque este tipo de incidentes no pueden ser ignorados ni minimizados.

The stay was nice and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and polite. They were all very nice and helpful. The room was great with a pleasant view. The food at the restaurant is great too!

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was this glass on the bathroom door which is translucent. So whenever someone is using the washroom, they are partially visible. I'd suggest they put some kind of pull down blinds on the door. That is the only thing I didn't like. The hotel and their hospitality is amazing!

Quite expensive compared to the quality
Pros:

Friendly Staff, bit on a side, so it was quiet. But also far away from the city center. Comfortable bad. As a plus we could leave our bagage after check out.

Cons:

There was big garbage dump behind our window, not a nice view and smell. It was also smelly in front of the building, like egg. Breakfast was the worst we ever had in India. Quite expensive for this quality.
