Extremely Disappointing Experience!
Pros:

💚 Breakfast was yummy! That was the only time my parents and I felt happy.

Cons:

Imagine opening a hotel without knowing the meaning of the word HOSPITALITY!

1) While booking, it was written that NO PREPAYMENT was required. But I received a message asking me to make an ADVANCE PAYMENT or they would request me to cancel and find another place.
Later, when I called them, they said I could make the payment later.
THEN WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THAT MESSAGE?
WHY SAY YOU WILL CANCEL MY BOOKING AND CREATE CONFUSION?
AND HOW WAS THE HOTEL STILL AVAILABLE LATER?
After this incident, I should not have trusted them and should have cancelled the booking and booked somewhere else.

2) WASHROOM!! Sorry SPILLAGE ROOM!
Also the towels had stains.

3) They gave us 3 TEA BAGS. We had tea after check-in, so we were out of tea bags.
At night, after visiting the city, we asked for more. One staff member said, “Ek din mein ek baar hi milega.”
WHAT? Refusing extra tea bags? How cheap can a hotel be to argue over a TEA BAG?

A similar incident happened when we asked for WATER BOTTLES.
They said, “Room cleaning ke liye diya hoga tab already rakha hoga.”
We didn’t even leave the room for cleaning the third day!
Why argue over basic WATER?

4) As soon as we arrived, they said FULL PAYMENT has to be made at arrival.
This was the first time I experienced this, as I usually pay at checkout.
Still, I had no problem and paid immediately.
BUT AFTER TAKING FULL PAYMENT, AT LEAST PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE!

5) When we were leaving, they didn’t even smile or say Thank You for visiting.
No greeting, nothing.
They behaved as if they had done us a favor.

Trust me, I have never had such a bad experience before. I have never been this frustrated.
I would NEVER recommend this hotel, especially if you are taking your parents out with your hard earned money.
