No volvería, seguro habrá mejores opciones ya que no es una habitación económica.

La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones son amplias la cama es súper cómoda

No hay estacionamiento, me comentaron que tenían dos lugares y ya estaban reservados y nunca vimos un segundo auto, solo estaba guardado uno, tuvimos que dejar el nuestro en la calle. los chicos del front desk son algo déspotas especialmente el chico con el que realizamos el check out, no se levantó ni del escritorio para decirnos que la habitación ya estaba pagada y que era todo, le contestamos amablemente que OK, muchas gracias buen día y ni una sola palabra nos contestó. El ruido de una pareja en el jacuzzi se escuchaba en la habitación a pesar de haber cerrado la puerta y eran más de las 10 de la noche. el baño es demasiado pequeño, y encontramos una araña en la cortina junto a la cama.

Hotel muy bonito, excelentemente decorado. Habitaciones muy confortables.
Situado muy cerca del centro de Coayacán, en zona súper tranquila. Excelente en todos los aspectos.

A nice place in Coyoacan
Pros:

The location was great - we loved Coyoacan and this was very convenient. Sitting in the yard was a treat, and the breakfast selections were very good. Staff member Fernanda was wonderful - always friendly and helpful! Overall, a beautiful building.

Cons:

Our room was very dark (no natural light and rather dim/small lamps)...Although Fernanda was wonderful, we didn't receive the same level of hospitality when she was not on duty.

El ambiente es realmente acogedor, perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Todo está decorado con mucho gusto, con detalles que te hacen sentir la vibra mexicana contemporánea.
La habitación era muy cómoda, con una cama amplia , buen clima y todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Además, estaba impecablemente limpia y bien equipada.

Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver . Muy recomendado para quienes buscan tranquilidad y calidez

Cons:

hubo un aspecto que afectó mi experiencia: no se permiten visitas en el hotel, lo cual entiendo si es parte de sus políticas, pero me hubiera gustado saberlo con anticipación. Lo más decepcionante fue la actitud del personal de recepción. Al consultar si era posible recibir una visita, la respuesta fue poco amable . Creo que una mejor disposición para explicar las normas habría sido más adecuada.

Es un lugar con potencial, pero definitivamente el trato al cliente debería mejorar.

The communication from the hotel was great - they sent a video with clear instructions on how to open the doors as we were checking in around midnight. The room was large, had a huge window onto the garden. The shower water was hot and good pressure. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast and fresh juice was delicious. Great little coffee machine.
