Pros:

酒店的地理位置很好，就在加雅街旁边，出去吃饭和游玩很方便。酒店服务人员态度很热情，房间卫生也可以。

Cons:

我们从入住到离开就没有开出热水，但我们朋友他们请酒店人员来维护后有开出热水。还有就是房间有点点小。

Excellent Hotel if you need to have a walking distant to Gaya Street.
Pros:

The location is the main consideration if you want to have a walking distant to Gaya street. The hotel is located in front of the Gaya street. However, if you are staying during weekends and room is at level 1 and 2, then you will hear some noise in the early morning (Saturday and Sunday only) when the vendors are setting up their tents and products. Room is clean as I learn it just renovated as this hotel is in operation since 1997.

Cons:

If you are self-drive then you may have to look for street parking or public parking just opposite and behind the hotel. Remember to pay parking as the enforcement is doing their job very well. Payment is done using parking app (no cash). Hotel staff should make it a SOP to warn hotel guest about parking when check-in guests are self drive. Especailly the public space behind the hotel during saturday and sunday as this parking space is used solely for morning market. It will be very sorry if you park your car during Friday night and you need to move your car the next morning as by then your car will be surrounded by tents and products, not to mention the parking ticket.

Pros:

Great location, right on Gaya st with lots of food options nearby. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Security deposit had to be paid in cash even though I could pay for the room with card. This was a bit inconvenient as a tourist as I was given it back just as I was about to leave the country (with no time to spend it).

Pros:

1993年开业的老酒店了，电梯和走廊都比较狭窄但是房间内很干净，比实际房龄要好得多。我妈有洁癖，住什么酒店都要擦拭一切，但这家就连床架上方都没有一丝灰尘，令我妈折服。
Staff都特别友好会说普通话。有一天出门有一位爷爷还追出来要给我们塞水，即便每晚都附赠2瓶。
位置没得说，直通哥打京那巴鲁咖啡店厨房后门，怡丰叻沙也就在马路对面。

灯光稍微不足，有点昏暗。
