The day was very very good. The room did smell a lot of drains and I just feel if I put a little more effort into the pl

The facilities were very good good if you ask for anything Lisa would sort it out straight away. She was an excellent host.

Cons:

I feel some of the facilities in the room could've been a lot cleaner. I think they just needed to spend a little more time. Upgrading which wouldn't take much apart from a little bit of work and a little bit of Painter in there outside.

Great staff nice hotel!
Pros:

Staff very friendly! 10 min walk from vang vieng centre. Day trips and excursions available at the reception laundry done same day transport available from reception. Rooms big spacious great view nice pool area.

Pros:

Pas le grand luxe mais chambre correcte avec ventilateur. Le personnel insignifiant, pas un mot pas un sourire. Attention autour de la piscine, je suis passée au travers d'une grille d'évacuation qui a cédé. J'aurais pu me faire très mal, et m'en suis sortie avec une ou deux égratignures. Le petit déj était correct.

Cons:

Le personnel pas très sympathique.
La sécurité autour de la piscine !

La jeune femme de l'accueil est souriante et disponible.

Everything is excellent!! The boss is very nice!! She can arrange the tour if you want. It's not far to the night market from the hotel☺️☺️ Breakfast is so yummy.

Pros:

Good location, just outside the center of town. A quick walk and there are restaurants, bars, night market. Few good restaurants across the street, breakfast was good!! Pool isn't bad, nice to relax. They are constantly cleaning the areas so that is always great!

Cons:

Terrible wi-fi!!! Could barely get a connection the first few days then we had none in the room. Went downstairs to try and it's spotty at best. If you don't need it, no problem.
Mattress is hard, some may like that, not for me. Smell from plumbing but that's not unusual in SouthEast Asia.

Great. Lovely pool. Good breakfast.
Pros:

Staff was lovely. Lisa was excellent and went above and beyond! I’d go back just for her. The location is walkable into town easily but it is dusty and there is a lot of traffic so keep that in mind. We did it with the kids at night also. Just bring a flashlight to be seen if really dark. Good breakfast.
Kids loved the pool and it was nice to see the melons flu overhead room was nice enough and everything was clean.

Bed was very hard.

Quiet.hotel with pool 20 minutes walk from Vang Vieng centre
Pros:

On arrival at the hotel Lisa made us feel very welcome and showed us to the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. The room was spacious and had a balcony which we loved. We had everything we needed in the room with daily clean if wanted, water, fresh towels and toiletries. Lisa even picked us up from the bus stop and took us to the railway station when 12GoAsia's transfer didn't turn up

Cons:

The hotel is 20 minutes walk out of the centre so bear that in mind when booking. There are tuk tuks around though
