Хороший вариант для ночевки между пересадкой
Pros:

Хороший ремонт, свежо и чисто. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания, тихий район, очень тепло, соотношение цена-качество.

Cons:

Неудобное расположение, удаленность от общественного транспорта. Пешком долго добираться. Утром невозможно помыться, плохой напор холодной воды, если кто-то смыл унитаз у вас не будет воды.

Расположение в тихом районе, все чисто, мебель новая, есть микроволновка, плита, фен, кондиционер, тапочки, принадлежности для душа. Дружелюбная администратор Алла, подарила мне просто так красивый букет! Спасибо огромное! Это апарт-отель. Понадобилась регистрация для оформления банковской карточки - сделали без проблем, хозяевам спасибо!

initially we liked property, but at end, it was not a great experience.
Pros:

initially good. but not matching expectations.

Cons:

room was on top floor. height of the room was like that my head was touching to the ceiling!
property owner asked for deposite when we checked in . but they refused to give us the deposite back when we checked out. we asked them to do needful for any excuse if they have, but they refused to give excuse. So we have not received our deposite. we were getting late for the flight, so we have not done anything. Also, there were separate charges for room cleaning, bedsheets, linens, towels and other small things, which we were not aware during our booking.
