The property is located in a rather quiet area. Very low sound pollution. Fairly splendid facilities, clean and smells nice; the administrator is very kind and eager to help.

It was great!
Pros:

I liked how organized it was, I liked the mountains view from the windows.

Cons:

It’s not I didn’t like, just if you want clean towels, room to be cleaned, you need to pay for it. Other than that the place was great! And the administrator was so friendly! Dear Ms. Alla. Also there’s nothing around. It’s like a train station and highway area. But the center is close, within 20 minutes you can be there and there’s metro nearby.

Огромная благодарность хозяину ,а так же девушке ,которая занимается всем на месте !!!!!🔥Помешала с сыном на экзамены в Алматы ,забронировала этот номер в надежде остановится в спокойном месте! А тут такая красота ,все чисто ,тишина ,расположение норм ,ходили пешком ,но на экзамен чтобы не опоздать ,ездили на такси !За окном яблони ,трава ,зелень ,все радует глаз ,а главное тишина и безопасность ,уют ,чистота !Номера бесподобные ,правок нет телевизора но оказалось и не нужен он ,у нас вид из окна ,лучше телевизора ,утром птицы поют 💜Все необходимое есть , микроволновая печь кондиционер ,шаговая плита ,правок этим мы не пользовались в силу занятости ,но все есть !А главное шикарная кровать и очень удобный матрац ,выспался и ребенок перед экзаменом и я 💜💜💜Спасибо за добросовестное отношение ,мы бронируем еще ,так как вытирать дале не хочется ,будем тут останавливаться .

Pros:

Location, clean, helpful and smiling receptionist, they allowed me to enter my room early which was great

Cons:

10.000 tenges deposit was something slowing me down. Its paid back by cash and that makes you reschedule your plans to get it back. It d be nice to get it back to the card.
