Останавливались в Жетысу Отель на недельку— остались очень довольны!
В отеле очень чисто, всё аккуратно и уютно. Отдельно хочется отметить администратора Аллу — очень вежливая, доброжелательная и внимательная к гостям.

Нам всё понравилось, обязательно с дочкой вернёмся ещё!

It was clean, facilities/equipment in the apartment was working

Cons:

We couldn't check in the room that we booked, because previous guests decided to prolong their stay. We were downgraded to another room. That wasn't very pleasant tbh. Everything else was fine

Очень отзывчивый персонал. Чистота в номере практически идеальная! Есть все для комфортного проживания, и что немаловажно - удобная кровать.

Cons:

не помешало бы наличие телевизора в номере.

Toller Aufenthalt, kaum was zu meckern
Pros:

Es war ein schönes sauberes Apartment. Besonders toll war, dass wir nach vorheriger Ankündigung früher einchecken konnten, da wir früh landeten. Man hatte eine gewisse Ausstattung in der Küche und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war spitze. Auch konnte man gegen Aufpreis einen Wäscheservice in Anspruch nehmen.

Cons:

Ein Handtuch in der Küche fürs Geschirr wäre schön gewesen und die Lage war nicht die allerbeste. Aber das sind nur weniger wichtige Dinge, die nur zu insgesamt einem Punkt Abzug führen.

Чисто и уютно. Адмистратор очень вежливая.

Cons:

Аппарт отель находится в частном секторе. Если спать с открытыми окнами то слышен лай собак. Стены тонкие, слышно что происходит вокруг.

Cons:

Крайне не доволен, позвонил за 3-4 дня до брони, по телефону договорились что берем на 2 дня, заезд с вечера на другую дату вечера, сказали хорошо, попросили написать в ватсапе, написали,позже звонят и говорят выселятся, так как я не писал и не говорил об этом, позже начал хамить и угрожать что это я не сделал акцент на этом, хотя я по телефону сказал, и по чату написал

Pros:

Its home away from home with all the necessary amenities in an apartment is available like microwave, electric stove, refrigerator and electric kettle. Highly recommended for long stay in Almaty and for families.

Cons:

The only missing amenity is washing machine. Distance from city center.
