הגברת שעובדת שם חרוצה בצורה בלתי רגילה עובדת ללא הפסקה! כל מה שתשאלו או תבקשו ב whats app תקבלו תשובה מהירה ותמיד חיובית!
שירות כביסה במחיר מעולה של 3000 טנגה למכונה. אתם אוספים את הכביסה לבד שזה יבש מחדר הייבוש.
מיקום יחסית באיזור שקט אך לפעמים יש אורחים מרעישים....
שהיתי שם 7 לילות ואז עוד 2 בחדר אחר.
מהחדר הראשון שקיבלתי היה נוף של ההרים.
היה בעיה של ניקוז במקלחת. יש מזגן טוב מאד.
במשך 7 לילות לא היה שום שירות ניקיון.
התמונות באתר מציגות מקום חדיש ומבריק - במציאות זה רק בסדר פלוס אך נקי וטוב והמחיר נהדר ביחס לתמורה!!
מיקום מעניין- מאחורי הרכבת אך אין רעש חוץ מתרנגול בבוקר. מרחק הליכה של בערך 12 דקות למטרו מה שהיה עבורי סופר יעיל.
העיר עצמה - הרבה יותר מהפתעה, עיר נהדרת שגם לאחר שבוע עוד היה מה לעשות ולראות. אני טייל מקצועי שביקר ב 97 מדינות והעיר הזו יוצא מהכלל!!!
לקחתי משם גם טיול בין יומיים לאגמים וקניונים שהיה מרהיב!
גם לא לוותר על ביקור בהרים ברכבלים ואם יש זמן וכח גם אגם אלמטי הגדול שווה יותר טיול.

Хочу поблагодарить прекрасного администратора Аллу и конечно же спасибо руководителю, прекрасное место для проживания, очень уютно и комфортно. Расположение прекрасное на такси 10-20-30 минут до достопримечательных мест. Алла нас встретила проводила, на все вопросы отвечала, давала советы. А какая чистота внутри и очень вкусно пахнет. Мы чувствовали себя как дома!!! Всем советую и обязательно вернемся вновь!!!

Worth the price, no more, no less
Pros:

A wonderfully peaceful place — no one disturbs you and there's no noise at all. In the mornings, you can hear beautiful birdsong from the surrounding area, which made the stay feel really special. The hotel had a calm, quiet atmosphere throughout, which left a great impression. The hotel manager was friendly and welcoming. Overall, the value for money matched the experience perfectly.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned during the entire 4-day stay, which was the most uncomfortable part of the experience. The location is about a 6–7 minute taxi ride from the city center, which isn't a major issue. There's a shopping mall and some cafés around 15–20 minutes away, but the lack of a nearby grocery store or coffee shop in the immediate area was a bit inconvenient at times.

Отель неплохой, чистый, здесь очень тихо. Администратор Алла - просто идеал администратора: спокойная, доброжелательная.

Cons:

Отель расположен в частном секторе. Для меня было далековато от автобуса и метро. Нет телевизора. Просто перед сном приятно посмотреть что-то легкое.

非常愉快，很好。
Pros:

这家旅店设施很新也齐全，关键非常的安静，可以很好的休息，老板也热情的给指路，离magnum大卖场10分钟，里面还有个换汇点，非常的方便。

没什么满意的

Cons:

所在的地方什么也没有 非常的不方便 只能打车来 旁边还是火车有火车的噪音
房间和照片严重不符，我们被分到了楼上的阁楼，然后非常的逼仄，难受死了
冰箱噪音非常大，晚上睡觉不得不把冰箱的插销拔了才能睡着
半夜 路边的野狗在狂吠 多次被叫醒
