Didn't enjoy our stay in Karma guesthouse, do not recommend.
Cons:

The room is very small (not same like on pics) and the walls are very thin, you can here every noise from the street (we woke up from motorbikes passing by the street) and every word your neighbors say. And they can here you too. There is no any privacy, we were very disappointed with that.
The location is bad - there is no any cafe or resto around.
Also there is no any market too, you need to drive very far away to get any food.
The staff didn't speak any English, they couldn't understand anything we tried to explain to them.
And there was problem paying with card, so we paid in cash.

Very bad experience, do not recommend.
Cons:

Avoid it. When we arrived there nobody meet us and all rooms were full.
Seems like this hotel doesn’t have any free rooms, but for strange reason it’s still available here.
And people can’t leave any reviews because they delete their bookings.
