this hotel has a lot of potential, but the horrible smell of the water ruined it DONT STAY HERE

I liked the attentive and helpful staff. Very friendly and eager to help

Cons:

I didn’t like the pool was very murky and not clean at all. They blamed it on the city having bad water however, there were other hotels that did not have this problem. I didn’t like the paper thin walls. This hotel has a lot of potential, however, they are not investing in making it better by installing a water filter to clean the water. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE!! Cannot take a shower here because the smell literally stained my hands just from washing my hands alone. I didn’t dare let my body touch that water.

Pros:

Our first room had an issue with the water. As we arrived late, our first shower was kinda...not hot enough. The next day they offered us a different room, with hot water.
I need to say that the hotel looks really nice as architecture, rooms are basic, pool not swimmable but the hotel staff was amazing.
I especially adore the night guard.
Location is good with parking.
