SCAM
Cons:

The property I reserved does not have the means to access the database or verify my reservation from Booking.com. There isn't even an e-receptionist; they only have some security personnel with a list, and they won't let me in because my name isn't on that list.

When I contacted Booking.com, they advised me to reach out to the property directly, but the owner doesn't answer. I even tried calling the property owner using my wife's phone and found out that the property was already sold out, but they still processed my reservation. When I requested a refund, their response was that the property is not eligible for a refund. To make matters worse, I spent several hours waiting outside with my wife and our infant baby while trying to resolve this issue.
