离市中心比较近,在居民区的小巷里,附近都是自建房,出门推荐打车,房间设施陈旧,但是面积比较大,有厨房冰箱可以自己做饭,早餐比较简洁,有休闲小花园,房间有晾衣服的架子。

We liked everything about this place. The staff at the front desk was absolutely incredible. Extremely friendly, helpful, caring and welcoming. They answered all our questions and accommodated us with all our requests. Breakfast was great! The lady in the kitchen was making fresh hot Individual omelets for all of us right in front of us, which we thought was very nice. The room was amazing as it was able to fit my whole family of 5 in one place, which I truly appreciate, as we didn’t want to be in different rooms. There is also a yard outside, where you can sit, eat and/or simply relax on traditional “tapchan” which we loved. Location is truly great. It is in a walking distance from Metro Bodomzor, Tashkentland, Aqua park, tv tower, Japanese gardens, Besh Qozon restaurant, etc. Overall, we are very pleased with this hotel.

There was some confusion about our late check in time but the front desk manager was excellent and very helpful
There should be more shared bathrooms between the rooms. The bathroom’s cleanliness can be improved
The comfort of the stay was adequate but could have been better. The blanket provided in the deluxe room was quite small, and the shower seemed to be in need of maintenance. Additionally, although a 24/7 customer service number was provided, we faced difficulties reaching them. Despite booking an airport transfer in advance, the vehicle did not arrive, and our calls went unanswered.
Was not clean and basics like there were not bathroom locks and door locks and breakfast was worst.
There is nothing to like about this property and the cheat and criminal instinct of the property owner/manager.
We are a family of 3 adults from India and we were in Tashkent Uzbekistan from 2 to 8 March 2025.We had specifically booked a 3 bed room with enclosed toilet at USD $136.50, through Booking.com and the same was confirmed to us.We landed in Tashkent early morning around 2 am on 3 March.On reaching the hotel, the owner of Hotel Prime Villa asked me to pay $156, instead of the original room rate of $136.5 .In addition he asked me to pay an additional $27 for some Registration fee for Uzbekistan Registration certificate required for tourists, which was totally unwarranted and unexpected. Total payment made by me to the Owner of Prime Villa hotel was $183 USD against $136.50 .The Owner of the hotel after taking all the payments in advance informed us that a 3 bed room with toilet which we booked is not available.He insisted that we stay in a 5 bed Dormitory room with a dirty common staff toilet outside the room or else look for some other accommodation elsewhere. The owner has a criminal instinct, is a big cheat and a very greedy and manipulative person. He pretended he doesn't understand English and after taking all the extra payments, he asked for my mobile phone to translate and communicate from his preferred Russian language to our indian language with me. After fiddling with my phone he returned my mobile phone. After checking in to our Dormitory, i opened my phone and was shocked to notice that he had cancelled my original booking on Booking.com which was from 2nd March to 8th March 2025. Instead, he made a fresh booking from 2nd March to 3rd March(He manipulated this to avoid paying commission to Booking.com). He also gave an Exceptional rating for his property from my mobile.Later on he even tried to make another booking in some other property but luckily my daughter came in that room and she took the phone from him. He also has different names for his hotel.I found the visiting card with Grand Villa Hotel with same address.
