Terrible, the experience went downhill at the end.
Pros:

1. The views are wonderful.
2. Bed is comfy with ample storage.

Cons:

1. It was hard to navigate to the property, the approach road and entrance is quite narrow, steep and dangerous.
2. Poor noise isolation between rooms, I could hear the TV next door from my bed.
3. Staff. I called in reception during check-out to help with the luggage; nobody came to my room. Further on I picked 3 bags from the reception to car, still nobody offered to help! End of service after payment, it was just sad.
4. Animal abuse. There were some stray dogs that entered the property, last thing I expected was some staff members to pelt stones at them!
5. Bathrooms, the drainage is poorly designed and all water from shower drains right towards the door and entire bathroom floor is wet before it finds a way out.
6. Also the hot and cold water mixer is broken, it gives extreme cold and hot patches.
