Pros:

Beautiful location and overall vibes. The staff is helpful, polite and attentive.
The pool is decently quite big and a fun place to hang around

Cons:

Server rooms (not cottages) lack sound proofing. It's uncomfortable to listen to the neighbours throughout the day. Secondly the rustic vibes of the stay are amazing but the door closing mechanism is such that there's always a gap which takes away the sense of privacy.

It’s a horrible experience to stay at this property except Food I like food.

Resort was too good. Quite & peaceful. Food was good & helpful staff. Rooms had a rustic look & was spacious. Little more cleaning like the headrest of bed & mat wall need more attention. Unfortunately could not use pool as was dirty & cleaning started next morning. Best place to go with family & relax with nature.

Pros:

It is huge and rooms are only the good thing

Cons:

Not maintained at at all. Absolutely not worth the money charged. Cannot use the games or swimming pool as it is not maintained. Their was staff shortage so things were not been in place. Very less food options.

Pros:

Hats off to an owner who designed such a beautiful place but currently it looks like abandoned & many of the amenities is not in functional due to no maintenance , I would recommend 5 star for host Sunil who has given best effort from available resources.
There is point must for consideration-
1) currently there is no safety camera in whole premises which should be there for guest safety.
2) currently there is no adequate staff for maintenance, housekeeping & hospitality management . Adequate staff with all the tools should be there for better facilities to people.
3) currently there is no mobile network & very poor wifi around the premises also not availability of Auto phone at room. At least there should be an auto phone availability in case of any urgency also wifi must be improved.
4) food is limited at kitchen but chef is best cook, there should be adequate staff for help to chef and food delivery service to room.

I enjoyed a lot with my furry baby as this properly is pet friendly also I would recommend to others pet parents to visit the place after consideration of above mentioned points.

The hotel was very good the hotel staff was very helpful and corpative. The room of the hotel was very spacious and clean. Thay have a swimming pool in a hotel and it was very clean. Thay have open space for pay game. I like the hotel very much. My family enjoy the stay in this hotel.

Pros:

The property is very bad with loads of lizard and mosquitoes.
We had booked in advance but didnt like the place the management were not ready to refund and very rude to talk .
The swimming pool was empty they promised to fix that by evening but kept lying for the same .
The food was pathetic , unhygienic and with ants on the food. We gave them few beers to keep in freezer . The stole few beers from that as well .

Cons:

This property is total ripoff and management is horrible to next level .
It was total waste to travel all the way to this property and get pissed on everything. Its worst property i have stayed so far .
