It was a very weird and bad experience, first they denied our booking, later they showed a room with damp wall and broken cumod , it felt very unsafe , hotel is very dirty and poorly managed

There was no water and also not hygienic

Everything. The place was fested with a lot of bugs and had a very bad smell. The sheets were not clean and we had to procure our own. The TV did not work, nor did the wifi. There was no parking and we had to park on the road side which led to a dent from somewhere on the side of our door. The room did not even have proper running water. when we asked for bottled water, we just got bottles that they filled up and not even mineral water bottles. The staff was very I'll behaved and they were not at all helpful. They even misbehaved to me and my mother.

The room was small and had a really bad stench. There were people coming in and renting the room on an hourly basis with women. This was disgusting. I was not expecting much from the hotel as I was just staying for 2 nights but as soon as I got to the hotel I was shocked. I couldn't stay there due to how disgusting it was, so I left within 30 mins of arriving and moved to the Holiday Inn Express not far away.

We didn't get to experience it at all. When we arrived we were told that they don't accept international guests and sent us away at 5am with no where to stay. When we said that there was nothing written anywhere that they didn't accept international guests they told us to "take it up with the internet"

Dirty shabby rooms and filthy. Do not book. Need a lot of upgrade.

The staff was not professional.
And cleanliness in the bathroom was pathetic
Not value for money as we can get a good hotel at the same rate.

They even don't provide drinking water at free

The area is not as good as it is besides auto services and the other slums area so less secure during night.

Also while check in and check out no staff will help you to drop your luggage out or in....

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel room during my recent stay. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised online.

1. Bedsheets: The bedsheets looked used, and when I raised the issue with the staff, they insisted it was fresh. I had to use my own personal bedsheet to sleep.


2. Room Condition: The walls had peeling paint in several places. The main power outlet for the key card was worn out, making it unreliable.


3. Bathroom Issues: The toilet flush tank switch was missing, and basic amenities like towels and toiletries were not provided as advertised.


4. TV and Wifi: The TV service was disconnected, and I didn’t bother checking for WiFi availability given the overall condition of the room.


5. Power Supply Issues: On the second day, the room's power supply kept failing due to a loose connection. Despite multiple visits from the staff, they were unable to fix the issue, seemingly due to a lack of technical expertise.



The situation was so inconvenient that I decided to check out by late evening on the second day, cutting my stay short.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will think twice before booking through this platform again. I hope you take these issues seriously to prevent future customers from facing similar problems.

Room was extremely dirty. Door lock was not working properly, bathroom was very dirty but the staff cleaned it somewhat after requesting, washbasin cold water tap did not work, shower handle was broken, sheets were not very clean.

NO WATER...DINT EVEN HAVE FLUSH WORKING.... COMPLAINED TWICE, SAME SITUATION.....THEY HAVE THIS ISSUE GOING ON AND DONT CARE TO RESOLVE..... THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...AND WE FELT SO IRRITATED AS WATER IS NECESSITY.
