The English can be a problem, but with Google Translate you can understand each other.
Everything… the staff were very accommodating, especially Pan, who organised our day out exploring the national park with a tour guide. Our accommodation was fantastic, very clean and the views were outstanding. The food, both dinner and our breakfast were delicious.
There was nothing not to like.

Quando chegamos o quarto que reservamos não estava disponível. Segundo eles o quarto estava sem luz. Nos direcionaram para outro hotel de nível inferior onde ficamos 2 noites. Só ficamos hospedados no hotel uma única noite. O hotel não nos cobrou as diárias e fizeram os traslados gratuitamente no intuito de minimizar o problema mas nossa estadia em Zhangjiajie poderia ter sido melhor se tivéssemos ficado os 3 dias no hotel que escolhemos.

We had a very pleasant stay at Country Retreats Zhangjiajie Manson Resort. The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting, making it a perfect place to relax after visiting the stunning sights of Zhangjiajie.
The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming.
A special thank you to Doudou, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Assistance with transport arrangements, practical information, and anything else we needed during our visit was always handled quickly and professionally. This really made our stay smooth and stress-free.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

Our butler Dou Dou (豆豆） was very responsive, helpful before and during the trip. He helped me to arrange the itinerary, buy tickets to the attractions and got the car if I needed one, his service was 5 out of 5.
I’m a light sleeper so I can hear when the doors closed and the housekeepers or guests are going in and out of other rooms in the morning during breakfast time from 7am onwards. Walls are soundproof so rest assured.
Stuff is very helpful and Iocation is perfect. Very close to national park.
Constant care, any inquiry was satisfied immediately. Round trip airport-hotel-airport -Free transfer. Perfect rooms with all the necessary items included. Information support about the local sightseeings!
I was really disappointed with the restaurant stuff and European kitchen. No elementary English knowledge, dishes have been cooked during more than 40 minutes, and they were not so delicious.
Amazing beautiful place. The location is so serene and peaceful which was welcomed after city hoping around China. The room was tame and comfortable with a generous terrace overlooking the mountains and lush greenery with magical mist coming and going. The staff were extremely helpful with Pan helping plan all our activities and responding so quickly to our needs. Emily and the other staff were so friendly and interpersonal making us feel at home. Both breakfast and coffee were great and the massages at the end of out stay was fantastic. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!
We loved everything!
We came to celebrate our honeymoon and the experience was phenomenal. They arranged for pick up/drop off services from the train station, had laundry machines and detergent, and even picked up our baggage from the previous hotel so that we could get an early start on our day. Our housekeeper Pan was more than accommodating in facilitating our stay, helping us look into tours, and being on top of communication. The meals were wonderful and the esthetic can’t be beat. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to decompress from all the adrenaline Zhangjiajie provides.
