Nice appartment in a convenient location of Douala. We enjoyed our short stay here before continuing our journey through Cameroon. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped order us a taxi and find breakfast. The apartment was good quality with working water and electricity. Powerful A/C and a fan too. Very good value for money

We did experience some issues with the water, but the property tried to rectify the situation as best as they could.

I encountered several issues during my stay that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, the bed was faulty and made significant noise, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the toilet was not functioning properly as it would not flush, making it unusable. Unfortunately, I had to leave the premises without being able to use the toilet.
Furthermore, some essential amenities were missing from the room, such as toilet paper and a blanket. I had to request these items, which was not an easy task, as there were no phones available to contact the reception directly. Given that I was on the 5th floor, I had to go all the way downstairs via the stairs, which was quite stressful.
Additionally, the presence of mosquitoes in the room made it unbearable. It would be beneficial if the rooms were treated more frequently to keep the mosquitoes away and ensure a more comfortable stay.
I believe that if these issues are addressed, this could be a wonderful place to stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
