My booking is Twin Room with balcony, but when I arrived, there is no Twin room with balcony.

An awesome stay at Siem Reap, Cambodia
Pros:

. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and the breakfast is really good.

Cons:

Many things that are being advertised were not fulfilled.
Both early check-in and late check-out were not possible.
There was no Balcony, even tho there were even pictures of one in the room description.
There also was no working TV.

The pool area was nothing like the pictures. There were no sunbeds and only a few small tables standing around.

Pros:

Second time staying. Delicious breakfast, amazing staff who are always willing to help with anything.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault at all but some noisy people staying as well. I thought it might affect my sleep but ultimately it was fine.

la struttura ha pochi lati positivi forse solo l'arredamento e il silenzio della zona

partendo dall'inizio,il posto si trova in una posizione impraticabile lontana dal centro e da Angkor,la pulizia della stanza era decente,il bagno si allaga ogni volta che fai la doccia,ma quello è normale come tutti i bagni asiatici,negli hotel di questo calibro... LA vera nota di demerito va al letto,una scomodità mai vista prima,sono arrivato dopo 8 ore di viaggio da phnom pehn e volevo rilassarmi un po,nulla da fare sarebbe stato piu comodo dormire sul pavimento di cemento,è solito trovare letti duri negli hotel asitici ma questo veramente veramente vergognoso...Il ristorante dell'hotel fa prezzi assurdi,delle richieste esorbitanti per una semplice colazione.... lo stesso per la spa che metti i massaggi a 30€ minimo come prezzo di partenza... la piscina sembrava bellissima dalle foto ma è veramente tenuta male con la ruggine sui muri e sul bordo e un pavimento scivoloso e un palazzo proprio di fronte...ci sono molte scelte migliori sicuramente ad un prezzo simile e soprattutto piu vicini alla civiltà....anche solo a un supermercato...mi spiace ma non tornerò
