宿泊出来ませんでした．夕方到着しチェックインしようとしましたがフロントの人がどこかに電話をしてその後『ノーライセンス』と言ってきました．どうやら『日本人を泊めるライセンスがこのホテルには無い』？との事．事前に支払い済の宿泊費は返還するとも話をされておりました．いまだ返金は194円のみになります．ちょっとした勉強になりましたがしっくりきませんね．
This booking was a disaster, worst experience we have had on booking.com . We booked many weeks in advance, and although surprised with an email request for full payment one week before arrival, we complied. We the received a number of ridiculously long emails with terms and conditions, all clearly automated - no personalised messages, no acknowledgement of payment. We arrived by auto in the evening from an 8 hour train journey. We were told by the man at reception that we could not stay there because the hotel was not registered to host foreigners! After several confusing phone calls, we were informed by FabHotel Customer service that we had been “upgraded” to another FabHotel. We were given the address but no offer to provide transport. It took three different autos to find the hotel, which is poorly marked at street level. The hotel was indeed “deluxe”, with a range of irrelevant fittings such as a mechanical blind which raised to expose anyone in the shower to the bedroom. So we won’t be booking FabHotel again, and suggest that booking.com do better to ensure any listed hotel accepts foreigners.

The staff did make an effort to be helpful and were polite throughout our stay, even though there was a significant language barrier. They were trying their best to assist whenever possible.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed overall. Communication was quite difficult as none of the staff spoke English, which made even simple requests challenging. The hotel did not serve any proper drinkable coffee, so we had to leave early each morning to find a Starbucks just to have a decent cup, which is not ideal while on holiday. The location was also not very pleasant and felt run-down, making it uncomfortable to spend time in the surrounding area. As first-time visitors to the city, we felt somewhat misled by the recommendation and believe future guests should be clearly informed about the location and facilities before booking.

We booked a room at Fabhotel Raj Palace but received the address and reservation at Fabhotel Prime V in Lucknow, which we found really strange. The Prime V hotel in itself was ok, but there was a weird smell in the room.

Food could have surely been better, zero cleanliness , even after requesting the staff nobody was coming for cleaning service also stains were found on the bedsheets and pillows , when asked the staff to change it , they were very reluctant to do so, they denied to change saying it looks clean only . Moreover their AC was leaking constantly and nobody did anything even after complaining about it . We ordered dal Makhani which came without salt and was tasteless also along with it we ordered mixed veg which came in a small bowl that too it was not freshly cooked and looked very stale . Nobody in the hotel acknowledged the feedback even the manager who was sitting at the reception did not acknowledge our feedback and was requesting us to provide good remarks which was not professional at all .
