실제 호텔이 아니고 오피스텔을 개조하여 숙박 영업을 하는곳인데 호텔로 이름을 지어서 소비자를 기만하였음, Hotel Irua Heaundae에서 Hotel이라는 단어를 빼야함. 특히 해운대에는 유사한 이름의 호텔일루아가 근처에 있음. 호텔일루아에 예약하려고 클릭하였다 Hotel Irua Heaundae에 예약되었음. 이런 혼돈을 막는게 좋을것 같음.

가정집과 같은 시설이 이어서 장기간 투숙 할 때 상당히 경비를 절약 할 수 있는 잇점이 있는 곳이 었습니다.

찾아가는데 아주 어려웠습니다.
일반 호텔은 주변 거주자들이 다들 알지만 IRUA HOTEL은 아무도 아는 사람이 없었고 외부 간판이 없어서 호텔 앞을 왔다 갔다 하면서 호텔을 찾지 못하고 시간을 상당히 낭비 했습니다.
휴대전화 보조 배터리가 없었다면 전화기 배터리가 다 되어 아주 곤경에 처 할 뻔 했습니다.

มาพักที่นี่ห้องกว้างมาก สะดวกสบาย เตียงกว้างขวาง มีอุปกรณ์ครบ แถมไปถึงก่อนเวลาเชคอินได้ด้วย ที่พักจะมีโค้ดประตูชั้นใต้ดิน กับประตูห้อง ไม่มีจนท คอยต้อนรับ คุณต้องต่ออินเตอร์เนตได้

這幾天的旅客都會第一天給齊備品，I人可以不會被打擾～大樓裡面是幾間飯店同時使用，電梯數量稍微偏少，使用要等待一下，垃圾需要自己勤勞點，分類到一樓丟

位置很棒，過馬路就到海邊，設施很齊全，餐具、洗衣機、微波爐都有附，long stay感覺也不是問題！

海景房的海景比較是部分海景，有點可惜，但是不影響住宿體驗

It was near the beach, the room was really nice, the washing machine was a big plus, and we loved the coway water purifier! The room was big, clean and with everything needed. I highly recommend it.

Cons:

I found the bed really not comfy, but I think it's just my preference.
You have to anticipate the time it takes to use the elevator, it can take a lot of time to go from one floor to another!

It’s a good, clean and well equipped room in an apartment house at the sea side. Personal is very nice and kind.

Cons:

There are 22 floors and 7 basement floors and ONLY 2 ELEVATORS. TWO!!! Is absolutely not enough and they are always packed. You can spend 15 minutes just waiting for one with a vacant place. And at the gates of the first floor is always a crowd.
