Für eine Übernachtung am Ruhrtalradweg zu empfehlen
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, Zimmer war okay aber etwas klein. Fahrrad Garage nach 21:00 Uhr leider nicht zugänglich

Cons:

Der Empfang war recht unfreundlich, und es wurde immer versucht, einen auf ein höheres Zimmer upzugraden.

Cons:

Overall, our stay was pleasant, and the reception staff were polite and tried to resolve the situation professionally.

Unfortunately, our experience at check-out was overshadowed by the attitude of the lady serving breakfast. There was clearly a misunderstanding regarding our breakfast reservation, likely caused by a language barrier during check-in. Mistakes like this can happen and are understandable.

What was not acceptable was being interrupted, spoken to in an aggressive tone, and directly accused of lying ("That's not the truth, you are lying") before the situation had even been clarified. This was very unprofessional and made us feel extremely uncomfortable.

A misunderstanding is one thing, but treating guests with hostility is another. I hope this is addressed, as it does not reflect the level of hospitality we otherwise experienced.
