Excellent location, lovely bath facilities, and delicious breakfast!
Pros:

We loved our stay here! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, even with luggage transfers and adding on breakfast that we didn't originally book. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, and was a great way to start our days, especially since breakfast options are somewhat limited in Tokyo. We had never been to a public bath before, and loved the experience here. The facilities were clean, easy to use, and beautiful. The hotel had an excellent location and while, yes, the rooms are small, it was completely fine for two adults (especially considering we weren't spending most of our time in the room). Highly recommend!

A good spot of you are a couple that like a nice onsen on site
Pros:

Really nice place. Amazing staff..and location. The on en is really great. The suna was by far the hottest we've encountered in Japan (you quickly learn to use the rubbery cushion!). The breakfast was quite good, a good mi ix of Japanese and wedtern-style foods.

Cons:

The rooms were quite small, so were the beds. I could barely fit in with my 16-y son shoulder-to-shoulder (I am the dad). Also we had to book two rooms since we were four (a common occurence in Japan, where hotel rooms are designed for 2). But in the end it was fine.

A great spot to stay in Tokyo!
Pros:

Location was very convenient and a lot less busy compared to other parts of Tokyo. The onsen was really cool and I wish I used it more!
Staff were incredibly friendly and food was delicious!

Cons:

I liked everything!
Rooms are a little small. It didn’t bother us, but other people might find that an issue.

A short stay is good.
Pros:

Location is pretty near metro Ginza Line. Direct to
Ginza and Shibuya but not too convenient for airport access. Hotel tucked at one corner, quiet neighbourhood and has many eateries. A 24hr supermarket next door.

Cons:

Pretty old and felt room smaller than other Dormy hotel.

Le personnel poli et serviable
Le service petit déjeuner et la qualité des produits
La discrétion du personnel des étages.

Cons:

La taille du lit pour deux personnes convient aux locaux mais pas a la clientèle internationale.
La condition vétusté du papier peint plus la poussière sur les murs chambres et porte coulissante des WC.
La protection du matelas était taché.
En revanche pour un confort de travail mettre les sacs de linge sale a même le sol dans le couloir client s est pas top et en cas d alarme cela peux provoquer une gêne.
Impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre dommage
