Overall, the stay was excellent. Definitely will book this hotel again when decide to get back. Hope the recommendations
Pros:

The location is at closest distance to a beach, zoo, museum and a small amusement park (~6 facilities). There are several cafes and shops nearby.

Cons:

I would be a huge benefit to have breakfast included by default. Also, towels looked a bit tired and faded from frequent washing; perhaps it’s time to replace them.

Рекомендую. Отель понравился.
Pros:

Выбираем этот тип номера уже не первый раз. Чистый и уютный номер. Удобные кровати. Чистое бельё. Убирали каждый день по запросу. Есть всё необходимое (полноценный холодильник, тапочки, туалетные принадлежности, чайник и чай). Удобное расположение. Через дорогу зоопарк и набережная близко. Рядом много кафе. Учтивый персонал. Заселили сразу по приезду. Есть парковка у каждого корпуса, что очень удобно.

Cons:

Было бы великолепно, есть бы завтрак входил в цену.

Номер хороший, современный ремонт и новая мебель. Чисто, красиво. Хочу отметить приветливый и вежливый персонал

Cons:

Поскольку все номера некурящие, в зимний период приходится выходить на улицу, где нет специальной крытой курилки/беседки. В мороз, на ветру не очень комфортно

В отель я бы с удовольствием вернулась. Обслуживание, сервис и цена соответствует. И отличное местоположение!
Pros:

Местоположение топовое. Отель новый, чистый, просторный. Отдыхать в нем было приятно, особенно после долгих прогулок по снежному Боровому.

Cons:

Соседи были шумные, это скорее не к отелю критика, а к людям, которые не осознают, что кроме них есть другие, которые приехали отдохнуть от городской суеты и шума.

Все хорошо
Pros:

Не в первый раз останавливаемся и остаемся довольны. Просторный номер, все удобно устроено, есть холодильник, чайник, чашки. Очень тепло, тихо, спокойно.

Немного дорого для этого уровня отеля, но жить можно.
Pros:

Посторонний номер, чисто. Хорошее месторасположение отеля.

Cons:

Очень шумно работала вентиляция в санузеле. Цена завышена для этого уровня отелей.
