Moss Hotel YENİKAPI

The hotel is very clean with good location, everything thing is near( café, restaurant, pharmacy, washing and ironing shop , bus station and metro station). The staff are great! Everyone is so polite, helpful and friendly. The cost is so good for the stay. I enjoyed my staying and would come here again.

The hotel is located directly across the street from the main metro station which can take you anywhere across the city and it is a comfortable walking distance from all the land marks that you would like to see so you have all the options that you might need although the rooms are small but it is the perfect hotel for the people who only use the rooms for sleeping and spend all their day exploing the wonders of turkey

super friendly and helpful staff

We zijn goed ontvangen door het personeel. Het personeel was super aardig en vroeg elke dag of we iets nodig hadden en of onze kamer schoongemaakt kon worden. Het hotel is wel overal centraal en op 2 minuten loopafstand kom je bij yenikapi metro station.

Милый уютный отель, номер соответствует фото, чистый с хорошим кондиционером. Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал. Много вкусной настоящей местной еды рядом, есть магазины. Мы специально хотели пожить в этом районе, поэтому расположение полностью себя оправдало

We went to the hotel for a concert in Yenikapi. It was a nice accomodation the staff was super friendly and helped us a lot with direction. It was clean and the beds were nice.

The room and the decorations are pretty, the staff very nice and helpful. We really loved every moment we spent there. The location is excellent as well, the downtown is close and there are a lot of shops nearby.

Personnel très sympathique

Wir waren zu zweit für vier Nächte im Moss Hotel in Istanbul und waren rundum sehr zufrieden.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal – vom Reinigungsteam bis zur Rezeption. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Die Atmosphäre war sehr familiär und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Zimmer waren neu, sauber und ordentlich. Jeden Tag wurde Zimmerservice angeboten, wir bekamen frische Handtücher und auch Wasser stand immer zur Verfügung.

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch. Eine Marmaray-Station ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man eine sehr gute Anbindung hat und viele Orte in Istanbul unkompliziert erreichen kann.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir außerdem für den Service nach unserem Aufenthalt aussprechen: Ich hatte meine Powerbank im Hotel vergessen. Nachdem ich das Hotel kontaktiert hatte, wurde sie mir unkompliziert per Post nachgeschickt. Selbst nach unserer Abreise wurde sich also noch hervorragend um uns gekümmert – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie viel Wert hier auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste gelegt wird.

Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt und dem gesamten Service mehr als zufrieden und können das Moss Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit und die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
