A fost un sejur frumos!
Pros:

Propietatea arata bine, a fost curat și am primit o cameră destul de spațioasă, Sercan a fost alături de noi și ne-a ajutat la fiecare pas cu informații, personalul extrem de amabil, Sercan te face să te simțiți ca acasă și să nu îți lipsească nimic! Eram întrebați și de zi dacă dorim să ni se facă curat în cameră! Aerul condiționat a fost funcțional, nu se aducea apă în cameră în fiecare zi!

Cons:

La camere care dau către strada din fața hotelului, geamurile ar trebuii înlocuite sau ajustate, pentru ca se aude de afară absolut tot chiar și cu geamurile închise!

Perfect hotel and good staff
Pros:

This hotel was a wonderful addition to our great experience in Istanbul. It has an excellent and very convenient location, making it easy and quick to reach any part of the city. I would also like to express my special thanks to the entire staff for their help, kindness, and responsiveness.

Cons:

The only downside is that there are no large grocery stores nearby (like Migros or BIM), but this did not affect our stay at the hotel in any way.

Большой светлый номер с очень удобной кроватью. Вид на море красивый! Расположение очень удобное, рядом и мармарай и обычным метро. Уже второй раз выбираю этот район из-за транспортной доступности (удобно и для поездок в аэропорт Сабиха, Кадыкей и для поездок в центр города и на Таксим). Есть холодильник, чайник, кофе, фен. Отличный персонал.

Cons:

Чайник в номере работает, но не включается автоматически, приходилось вытаскивать из розетки. Лифт ходит медленно)

Тихое, дружелюбное и очень комфортное пребывание
Pros:

Замечательный приветливый персонал, быстро заселили, всегда интересовались как дела и нужно ли мне чего-то, уборку уже во второй день предложили сделать, когда уезжала дали воды с собой. Номер сам маленький, но симпатичный, удобный, все продуманно. Единственный момент - соседнее здание очень близко, поэтому свет через окно очень плохо проникает, но это мелочи. Место замечательное - прямо напротив великолепное кафе, рядом есть ресторанчики, сам район очень тихий, но улицы освещенные, до главных достопримечательностей примерно 25 минут пешком, что тоже очень комфортно.

Cons:

Не так много солнечного света проникает через окно, а в остально все было супер

Ставлю готелю 8/10, хороший готель!
Pros:

Чисто, привітний персонал, часто прибирають. Питань до готелю не виникло.

Cons:

Мало місця, але це там така забудова, тому це не провина готелю.

Merci à tous les personnels
Pros:

Tout était nickel. Nous avons passer 7 jours dans l’hotel. On s’est senti chez nous niveau emplacement, c’est parfait proche de tout limite peut se faire à pied. Le personnel était tellement adorable que nous sommes devenus comme des amis. Je me remercie beaucoup à Mehmet abi et son collègue pour leur accueil et leur sourire qui ne c’est jamais effacé pendant toute notre séjour. Je recommande à tout le monde, je reviendrai sûrement.

Cons:

Peut-être l’isolation car on entendait vraiment tout dehors, mais avec l’accueil des personnels, la propreté et l’emplacement, ceci n’était pas un si gros problème
