Unser Aufenthalt im MOSS Hotel in Yenikapı war einfach außergewöhnlich – ehrlich gesagt selten so rundum zufrieden gewesen.

Schon beim Ankommen merkt man sofort, dass hier auf Details geachtet wird. Das Personal war nicht nur freundlich, sondern wirklich herzlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufgesetzt zu wirken. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen.

Die Zimmer sind modern, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Ruhe – trotz der zentralen Lage konnten wir perfekt entspannen und schlafen. Die Betten sind top, und auch die Hygiene war auf einem Niveau, das man sich überall wünschen würde.

Die Lage ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt: Yenikapı ist super angebunden, egal ob Metro, Marmaray oder Fähre – man kommt überall schnell hin. Gleichzeitig hat man viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe, essen zu gehen oder einfach spazieren zu gehen.

Was diesen Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, ist das Gesamtgefühl: Alles hat einfach gestimmt. Service, Sauberkeit, Komfort, Lage – kein einziger Punkt, den man kritisieren könnte.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das MOSS Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Für uns war es mehr als nur ein Hotel – es war ein Ort, an dem man sich wirklich wohlfühlt.

I loved my stay at Moss Hotel. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout, and the location couldn’t be better. it’s close to all major transportation links, making it easy to get around the city. Highly recommend.

We went for our honeymoon and the staff made our stay extra special with decorating our room, giving us a cake and were so attentive to our needs. Also for my wife's birthday they made us a little cake! The location is great for the metro and walking distance to the old center, with the tram fairly close too. The room itself had everything you'd need and was very clean. There is a nice cafe just down the street called Arya Cafe where we could get our morning coffee

We were very impressed with our stay. The reception staff were extremely kind and attentive — they regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We are very grateful for their care and hospitality.

Additionally, it was my sister’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel kindly surprised her with a birthday treat. It was a very thoughtful gesture and absolutely delicious. Thank you very much!

I stayed at Moss Hotel in Istanbul and found it to be a good option for the price, especially due to its convenient location close to most points of interest, and the friendliness of the staff, who were polite, attentive, and consistently helpful, with the check-in experience standing out thanks to a particularly warm and welcoming attitude.
The room was generally clean and comfortable, with only minor imperfections such as a few small spots on the bedsheets, which did not seem related to poor hygiene.
Although the area felt slightly uncertain upon arrival, it turned out to be calmer and safer than expected over the course of the stay.

Это было удивительно! Рад, что остановился именно в этом отеле, он превзошел мои ожидания. Я бывал во многих отелях в этом районе Стамбула, но этот меня приятно удивил, он был действительно очень чистым, ремонт свежий, постельное белье и полотенца высокого качества и можно сказать как новые, ванная комната так же была очень чистой и так же отмечу что душ был великолепный, прекрасная лейка и горячая вода, которую не нужно ждать. Персонал в отеле - это люди которые явно предоставляют сервис на все 5 звёзд, они проявляют заботу о своих гостях делают всё чтобы ваше пребывание было максимально комфортным.
Так же отмечу, что расположение очень удобное буквально 5 минут до трамвайной остановки. Трамвай Т1, который идет через все основные достопримечательности и так же довезет вас до самых популярных причалов. Однозначно рекомендую!

Sehr gute Lage sowie grosszügige und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Mitarbeitenden waren durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Sercan hat sich stets engagiert und aufmerksam darum bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
