Staff are so humble and helpful. Great location specially when going to Deosai Plains. Very clean and new place. Amazing views.

The room size is good, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. There was a little issue during check in but it was resolved by the manager.
Apparently it’s easier to book directly with them than through booking dot com. Overall satisfied.

Hotel is located in the skardu city, Reception and staff was too friendly, hotel was clean and lavish with central siiting and terrace with every room where you can see mountain view and beautiful skardu sky. Facilities were up to the mark.

Untrained personnel who make up for it by putting more than 100% of their enthusiasm and love in customer service.
They will do everything possible to make your stay perfect. Especially the director which want to improve the whole hotel facility and service.
The location is a bit far from the center, there would be no problem. Skardu is a mountaineering destination: a hill should not scare anyone, but the fact that there is also no light is a small handicap by night.
I had an excellent stay. The staff members who were supportive. The Manger took care of me as a friend. I was very comfortable here. They listened to all my requests and helped me. I called and advised that I will be late and they got dinner ready for me after hours
Should have the option of rooms without carpet with the view. The room with the good views all have carpets and I was alergic to it. They extra cleaned the carpets for me so at the end it was really good.
Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly cooperative and humble, and the room was spotlessly clean.
The location, nestled next to the mountains, was perfect. The hotel food was amazing too! Highly recommended for hikers and families. 👍🏞️🏨

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They provided us with the all the things that we needed and arranged for sightseeing at economical rates.
The location was a little off the main road. At times of high occupancy, the internet was down.
